사별 후 애도가 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 사별 경험자를 대상으로 사별 후 애도와 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 사회적 유대감과마음챙김의 이중매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2021년 12월 4일부터 2022년 1월 10일까지on-line 설문을 실시하였고, 이들 중 304명을 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 애도,사회적 유대감, 주의집중은 외상 후 성장에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 애도 수준과사회적 유대감, 주의집중이 높을수록 외상 후 성장이 높음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 사별 후 애도와 외상 후성장의 관계에서 사회적 유대감과 마음챙김은 단순 매개효과뿐 아니라 이중매개효과도 나타났다. 이는 사별 후 애도와 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 개인적 변인과 사회적 변인을 통합적으로 분석하는것이 보다 효과적일 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to verify the dual mediating effect of social connectedness andmindfulness in the relationship between grief after bereavement and posttraumatic growth forthose who have experienced bereavement. To this end, an online survey was conducted fromDecember 4, 2021 to January 10, 2022, and 304 of them were used as final analysis data. Asa result of the study, first, grief, social bonding, and attention have been shown to have asignificant impact on posttraumatic growth. It can be seen that the higher the level of grief,social bonding, and attention, the higher the posttraumatic growth. Second, in the relationshipbetween mourning after bereavement and posttraumatic growth, social connectedness andmindfulness showed not only a simple mediating effect but also a double mediating effect. Itcan be seen that it may be more effective to analyze personal and social variables in therelationship between grief after bereavement and posttraumatic growth. Based on these researchresults, the significance and limitations of the study were discussed.
