청소년기 여학생의 창의적 가정환경, 내·외적 동기, 학업성적, 창의성의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 청소년기 여학생을 대상으로 창의적 가정환경과 내·외적 동기, 창의적 인성, 창의적 산출물, 학업성적의 구조적 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 중학교 2학년 여학생 145명(평균 연령: 14.98세)을 대상으로 창의적 가정환경검사와 창의적 인성검사, 창의적 산출물 검사, 내·외적 동기검사를 실시하고, 학업성적을 수집하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 24.0 프로그램과 AMOS 26.0을 사용하여 적률상관분석과 경로모형 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의적 가정환경은 내적동기, 창의적 인성과 유의한 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 내적동기는 창의적 인성과 유의한 정적상관을 보였고, 창의적 산출물은 성적, 창의적 인성과 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 학업성적은 창의적 가정환경, 내적동기, 외적동기와 유의한 상관을 보이지 않았다. 넷째, 경로모형 분석결과 창의적 가정환경이 내적동기에 정적 영향을 미치며 내적동기가 창의적 인성에 정적 영향을 주고 다시 창의적 인성이 창의적 산출물에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는, 창의적 가정환경이 내적동기와 창의적 인성의 이중매개를 거쳐 창의적 산출물에 영향을 미치는 것을 시사한다. 즉 자녀의 의견을 존중하고 질문을 많이 하고, 책과 흥미로운 자극을 제공하는 창의적 가정환경이 자녀의 내적동기 유발과 창의적 인성 형성을 통해 창의적 산출물을 만든다고 할 수 있다. 그 외에 변인 간 상관 결과와 본 연구의 의의 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship between creative home environment, internal and external motivation, creative personality, creative product, and academic performance targeting female adolescents. To this end, the creative home environment test, creative personality test, creative product test, and internal/external motivation test were conducted on 145 female middle school students. and their academic grades were collected. For data analysis, the SPSS 24.0 program and AMOS 26.0 were used to conduct Pearson’s correlation analysis and path model analysis. The results are as follow. First, creative home environment showed significant positive correlations with intrinsic motivation and creative personality. Second, intrinsic motivation showed a significant positive correlation with creative personality and creative product showed a significant positive correlation with academic performance and creative personality. Third, Academic performance did not show a significant correlation with creative home environment, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation. Fourth, the creative environment had a positive effect on internal motivation, and the internal motivation had a positive effect on creative personality, which in turn had an effect on creative product. In addition, the significance of this study, and suggestions for follow-up studies were presented.
