특성화고와 마이스터고 선취업 후진학 관련 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내에서 발간된 학술 논문 분석을 통하여 특성화고와 마이스터고 졸업생의 선취업 후진학 관련 연구 동향을 탐색하였다. 나아가 직업교육 분야 연구의 흐름을 이해하고 탐색 과정에서 도출된 결과의 해석을 통해 우리나라 직업교육이 나아갈 방향에 대한 연구 과제를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 2012년부터 2021년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문 중 특성화고와 마이스터고 선취업 후진학 관련 논문 57편을 대상으로 연구연도, 게재학술지, 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구방법, 관련변인을 분석의 틀로 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 첫째, 특성화고와 마이스터고 선취업 후진학 분야의 연구는 2017년부터 꾸준히 발표되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평생능력개발과 직업교육 관련 학술지 등에서 선취업 후진학 연구가 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 연구 대상은 주로 학습자를 대상으로 이루어 졌고 그 가운데 선취업한 대학생을 대상으로 하는 연구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구 주제를 분석한 결과 선취업 후진학 정책에 관련된 연구가 가장 많은 빈도로 나타났다. 다섯째, 연구 방법에 따른 분석 결과를 살펴보면 특성화고와 마이스터고 선취업 후진학 관련 연구는 양적연구가 질적연구보다는 월등히 많은 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 관련 변인 분석 결과로 사회적지지, 개인특성, 기업특성이 가장 많은 빈도를 나타냈다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 향후 특성화고와 마이스터고 선취업 후진학 관련 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study seeks to explore research trends related to the Work First-then to College System for Specialized Vocational High School and Meister High School graduates through analysis of academic papers published in Korea. For this study, 57 papers related to Work First-then to College System learning at Specialized Vocational High School and Meister High School among papers published in domestic journals including research for subjects, methods, and variables were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, research in the field of the Work First-then to College System at Specialized Vocational High School and Meister High School has been steadily published since 2017. Second, it was found that the Work First-then to College System were being conducted in academic journals related to lifelong ability and vocational education. Third, the research subjects were mainly conducted on learners, and among them, the most studies were conducted on the Work First-then to College System students. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the research topic, the research related to the Work First-then to College System was found to be the most frequent. Fifth, looking at the results of the complementary analysis according to the research method, quantitative research was found to be far more frequent than qualitative research in Specialized Vocational High School and Meister High School. Sixth, as a result of analysis of related variables, social support, individual characteristics, and corporate characteristics were the most frequent. Finally, based on the results derived from this study, research directions related to the Work First-then to College System at Specialized Vocational High School and Meister High School were presented in the future.
