국문 초록

인간은 누구나 인간다운 생활을 할 권리가 있으며 또한 행복을 추구할 권리를 가진다는 헌법적 가치를 상기하지 않더라도 누구에게나 삶은 소중하다. 우리사회는 예전부터 사회적 일탈에 관해서는 다소 가혹한 면이 있다. 특히‘전과자(前科者)’라는 용어에서 느껴지는 내밀한 차별은 그만큼 삶의 가치를 떨어뜨리고 정상적인 삶을 영위하기에는 많은 편견과 선입견 속에 자신의 내면을포장해야만 했다. 이제는 이런 무언의 차별 속에 살아가야 하는 사람들에게 한 사회의 구성원으로 함께 가야하는 공동체의 운명체로 생각한다면 이런 편견은 없어져야 할 것으로 생각한다. 또한 수형을 마치고 출소할 때부터 새로운 자활(自活)의 영역에 들어서면서 가지는 부담을 줄이고 성공적 적응을 위한 내면의 채움은 인문학적인 가치관과자신에 대한 강한 자긍심이 선행되어야 한다는 포괄적 이해 속에 본 연구에서는신뢰와 6C를 중심으로 삶의 실천적인 모습을 적용하는 것을 소개했다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 현실적 이해 속에 수형자- 출소자의 인문학적 고찰을심화시키면서 재사회화를 향한 노력이 교정당국과 이에 관련된 연구를 하는 영역에서 보편화되기를 갈망한다. 이러한 맥락적 이해를 통해 법을 통한 외형적 제재가 아닌 내면적 채움을 통해 재범률을 획기적으로 감소시키고 이와 함께 사회적 통합을 이루며 인간다운삶, 행복을 추구하는 삶으로서의 개체적 모습을 살펴본다.

영문 초록

Life is precious to everyone, even without recalling the constitutional value that everyone has the right to live a human life and also has the right to pursue happiness. Our society has been somewhat harsh when it comes to social deviations from the past. In particular, the intimate discrimination felt in the term 'ex-convict' degrades the value of life, and in order to lead a normal life, he had to wrap himself in a lot of prejudices and prejudices. Assuming that humans are exposed to the limits of making mistakes, it is absurd to bear the burden of a lifetime in scarlet letters that are called ‘priests’. Now, if we think that people who have to live in such unspoken discrimination as the destiny of a community that must go together as a member of a society, this prejudice should be removed. In addition, in this study, trust in the comprehensive understanding that humanistic values and strong self-esteem must precede the burden of entering a new field of self-sufficiency from the time of prison sentence and entering a new field of self-sufficiency. And 6C were introduced to apply practical aspects of life. In this study, while deepening the humanistic considerations of prisoners and prisoners in this realistic understanding, we long for the efforts towards re-socialization to become common in the field of correctional authorities and related research. Through this contextual understanding, this study examines the individual appearance of a life that pursues a human life and happiness by dramatically reducing the recidivism rate through internal filling rather than external sanctions through the law.
