출소자의 취업 성공을 위한 상담키워드 분석 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국법무보호복지공단이 전산화 시스템을 구축한 2011년 이래로축적해온 심리상담 자료를 활용하여 텍스트마이닝 및 의미연결망 분석기법을 실시하였고, 이를 통해 법무보호지원 기간이 소요됨에 따라 출소자의 욕구변화를사정하고자 하였다. 연구에 활용된 분석 자료는 2011년부터 2020년 7월까지 약 10년간 수집된자료이고, 공단으로부터 보호사업을 제공받은 51,801명을 대상을 모집단으로 하였으며, 그 중 본연구의 주요 분석 자료는 공단의 취업지원 사업 개시를 한 사람(11,481명)을 대상으로 주기적으로 실시한 52,573건의 사후관리 상담 내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 비정형 텍스트 데이터에 대하여 자연어처리 기술을 적용하여 분석하는 텍스트마이닝 기법과 연계망분석을 활용하였다. 취업지원사업으로이어지는 일련의 과정에 대하여 전체 출소자의 욕구탐색과 더불어 법무보호지원기간 동안의 욕구역동에 대해 살펴보고, 초범집단과 재범집단의 욕구역동에서 어떠한 차이가 있는지 살펴보았다. 출소자 취업지원 상담키워드를 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 보면 지금까지 취업상담을 하며 본인 스스로 취업역량을 키울 수 있도록 직업훈련을 하는 등 다양한 지원을 하였다. 그리고 상당수의 빈도를 차지하는 부분은 출소자들의 태도를강조하는 키워드였다. 출소자들의 취업 욕구역동의 방향성을 잘 잡아서 기대감을부여하여 그들이 취업할 수 있도록 동기부여를 하는 것이 중심이 되었다. 결과적으로 출소자의 취업성공을 위한 상담에서 중요시해야 할 것은 바람이불지 않는 어려운 환경에서 출소자들이 직접 달려갈 수 있도록 하는 의지를 만들어 주는 원동력이다. 그 원동력의 역할은 출소자 취업상담을 담당하는 사람들의 몫이라고 생각한다.

영문 초록

This study conducted text mining and semantic network analysis methods using psychological counseling data accumulated since 2011 when the Korea Rehabilitation Agency established a computerized system, and through this, we attempted to assess the changes in the desires of released prisoners according to the legal protection support period. The analysis data used in the study was collected for about 10 years from 2011 to July 2020, and the population was 51,801 people who were provided with protection programs from the agency. Among them, the main analysis data of this study were 52,573 cases of post‐management counseling content regularly conducted for those (11,481 persons) who started the employment support project of the agency. As for the methods of this study, we utilized text mining technique and linkage network analysis to analyze unstructured text data by applying natural language processing technology. For the series of processes leading to the employment support project, the desires of all released prisoners were explored, as well as the desires during the legal protection support period, and the difference between the first offender group and the repeated offender group was examined. Looking at the results of analyzing employment support counseling keywords of the released prisoners, until now, various supports have been provided, such as job counseling and vocational training so that they can develop their own employment skills. And the part that occupied a large number of frequencies was the keywords that emphasized the attitude of released prisoners. The focus was on motivating released prisoners to get a job by giving them a sense of anticipation while setting the right direction of their desire for employment. As a result, what is important in counseling for successful employment of released prisoners is a driving force that creates the will to allow released prisoners to run directly by themselves in a difficult environment where the wind does not blow. It is thought that the role of the driving force is that of the people who are in charge of job counseling for released prisoners.
