국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 맞춤형 서비스를 통한 법무보호대상자의 건전한 사회복귀 지원으로 개인 및 공공의 복지증진과 사회보호의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 급변하는 주변환경 속에서 미래를 사전 예측하고 대응하기 위해 중장기 경영전략을 수립하고자 기업에서 활용하고 있는 다양한 경영전략 기법을 공단에 적용하여 사업추진체계도를수립하였다, 경영전략은 조직의 유지와 성장을 위해 변화하는 환경에 대응하고 조직의 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공단사업의 충분한 이해를 통한 환경‧현황‧산업 분석, SWOT분석, 로레인지 분석 등 다양한 경영전략기법을적용 및 분석하여 법무보호복지사업 개선 및 확대, 재원의 안정적 확보 및 다각화, 법무보호복지사업의 대국민 참여 및 긍정적 인식 확산, 조직운영 시스템 개선의 전략과제를 도출하였다. 또한 각 전략과제별 성과과제 및 성과지표를 수립하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 로드맵을 구성하고 발전전략 및 경영전략체계를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 사업추진체계도는 미션을 통한 비전을 제시하고 공단의 단기 및 중장기과제를 체계적으로 정리했다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있다고 보며, 전략 수립에서 그치는 것이 아니라 실무 현장에 도입 및 적용하기 위해서 최고 경영자의 강력한 도입의 지와 더불어 말단 신입사원까지 모든 직원이 열정을 가지고 시스템화 하는데 노력해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to achieve the purpose of social welfare enhancement and social protection by supporting the healthy social return of legal guardians through customized services. In order to predict and respond to the future in a rapidly changing environment, To establish the business promotion system map by applying the various management strategy techniques utilized by enterprises to the corporation. Management strategies are a means to respond to changing environments and achieve organizational goals for the maintenance and growth of the organization. In this study, we apply and analyze various management strategies such as environment, current status, industrial analysis, SWOT analysis, and Lorraine analysis through a sufficient understanding of industrial complex projects to improve and expand legal protection welfare projects, secure stable and diversified financial resources, And the strategy for the improvement of the organization management system. In addition, we set out performance tasks and performance indicators for each strategic task, constructed a road map based on the results, and developed a development strategy and a management strategy system. The project scheme presented in this study is significant in that it presents the vision through the mission and systematically summarizes the short- and mid- and long-term tasks of the corporation. In addition to the strategy formulation, In addition to the strong willingness of CEOs to introduce new employees, we must strive to systemize all employees with enthusiasm.
