IPA 분석을 통한 노인친화형 파크골프장 조성 및 관리방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대구광역시 달성군에 위치한 진천천 파크골프장을 방문하는 이용자들을 대상으로 설문분석을 실시하였다. 설문분석 결과 도출된 항목별 중요도·만족도 분석을 통해 향후 파크골프장의 관리 및 조성 시 필요한 기초자료를 파악해 보는데 주안점을 두었다. 우선 대구광역시 달성군 진천천 파크골프장을 이용하는 이용객들에 대한 인구통계학적 분석 결과 연령의 경우 60대가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 이용행태 분석 결과, 운동 목적으로 파크골프장을 이용하는 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 평균이용시간은 3시간 이상, 이용수단은 자가용을 활용한다고 응답한 비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 13개의 문항에 대한 만족도, 중요도 분석 결과 높은 만족도를 보이는 항목은 관리자의 전문성, 예약시스템인 것으로 나타났다. 중요도 분석 결과 중요도가 높은 항목은 화장실 위치 및 이용편리성, 주차공간, 휴게시설인 것으로 나타났다. 반면 낮은 중요도를 보이는 항목은 예약시스템, 교류를 위한 활동시설 등인 것으로 나타났다. IPA 분석 결과, 가장 우선적으로 개선이 필요한 2사분면에 위치하고 있는 항목들은 휴게시설, 주차공간, 비상벨, 화장실의 위치 및 이용편리성 항목인 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 본 연구에서는 실제 파크골프 이용자들을 대상으로 13개 항목별 만족도·중요도 평가에 기초하여 파크골프장의 조성 및 관리에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다,

영문 초록

In this study, a survey was conducted targeting users visiting Jincheon river Park Golf Course located in Dalseong-gun, Daegu. Through the analysis of the importance and satisfaction of each item derived from the survey analysis, the focus was placed on identifying the basic data necessary for the management and development of the park golf course in the future. First of all, as a result of demographic analysis of users using Jincheoncheon Park Golf Course in Dalseong-gun, Daegu Metropolitan City, it was found that those in their 60s had the highest age. Next, as a result of analysis of usage patterns, it was found that the ratio of using the park golf course for exercise was high, and the ratio of responding that the average usage time was more than 3 hours and the means of use was a private car was found to be high. As a result of satisfaction and importance analysis on 13 questions, the items showing high satisfaction were the professionalism of the manager and the reservation system. As a result of the importance analysis, the items with high importance were toilet location and convenience of use, parking space, and rest facilities. On the other hand, items showing low importance were the reservation system and activity facilities for exchange. As a result of the IPA analysis, it was found that the items located in the 2nd quadrant that require improvement with the highest priority are rest facilities, parking spaces, emergency bells, location and convenience of use of toilets. As such, this study is meaningful in that it presented basic data necessary for the creation and management of park golf courses based on the evaluation of satisfaction and importance by 13 items targeting actual park golf users.
