장애영유아보육교사 자격과정 인증평가 지표 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 장애영유아보육교사 자격과정의 질 관리와 역량있는 교사양성을 위한 인증평가 지표를 개발 및 타당화하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 문헌연구와 3회의 전문가 검토를 거쳐 장애영유아보육교사 자격과정 인증지표를 마련하였다. 개발된 인증지표의 타당도를 확인하기 위해 예비 장애영유아보육교사 대상 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 그 결과, 장애영유아보육교사 자격과정 인증지표의 영역은 4개로 구성되었으며, 교육과정 구성, 교육과정 운영, 교육과정 지원, 교육과정 환류가 포함되었다. 인증지표 총 문항수는 15문항이며, 인증지표 영역별 문항 구성 또한 타당하고 신뢰로운 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구에서 개발된 장애영유아보육교사 자격과정 인증지표가 전문성있는 교사양성 및 교육의 질 관리에 있어 표준 지표로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aimed to develop and validate certification evaluation indicators for the quality management of childcare teacher qualification courses for infants and toddlers with disabilities. Method: Through a literature study and expert reviews, an index of criteria for the certification process of the childcare teacher qualification courses for infants and toddlers with disabilities was prepared. To confirm the validity of the developed certification index, a survey was conducted for prospective childcare teachers of infants and toddlers with disabilities. Results: As a result, the certification index for the qualification process consisted of four areas, including curriculum composition, curriculum operation, curriculum support, and curriculum feedback. The total number of questions in the certification index was 15, and the composition of questions for each area of the certification index was found to be valid and reliable. Conclusion: The qualification process certification index developed in this study could be used as a standard index for professional teacher training and quality management of education.
