국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 교사의 놀이중심 교육과정 이해 질문지를 개발하고, 개발된 질문지 를 통해 놀이중심 교육의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 놀이중심 교육과정 이해 질문지는 놀이실행자료와 선행연구를 참고하여 개발하 였다. 또한 세 명의 유아교육 교사에게 개발된 질문지별 필요 교육의 방향을 설문하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 놀이중심 교육과정 이해 질문지는 두 가지로 구분된다. 놀이중심 교육과 정 이해 영역에서는 아동이해, 놀이이해, 놀이중심으로 구분하였다. 놀이중심 교육과정 실천 영역에서는 수업운영, 놀이수업, 교사로 구분하였다. 둘째, 놀이중심 교육과정 이 해 질문지를 기준으로 필요한 교육을 살펴본 결과 질문지 전체에 해당하는 부분이 필요 교육으로 체크되었다. 연구결론: 놀이중심 교육과정 이해 질문지를 통해 현재 교사의 교육 이해도를 파악하고, 교육 방향을 제시할 수 있다는 점을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was intended to develop a questionnaire for understanding the play-centered curriculum for teachers and to suggest the direction of play-centered education. Methods: The play-centered teacher competency questionnaire was developed by referring to previous studies and play practice data. Three early childhood education field teachers were surveyed on the direction of necessary education for each developed list. Results: First, the play-centered teacher competency list is divided into two categories. In the area of understanding the play-centered curriculum, it was divided into understanding children, understanding play, and play-centered. In the area of practice the play-centered curriculum, it was divided into class operation, play class, and teacher. Second, the part corresponding to the entire play-centered curriculum understanding questionnaire was checked as necessary education. Conclusion: This suggests that the play-centered curriculum understanding questionnaire can identify the current teacher's educational understanding and suggest educational directions.
