천부경과 수메르 신화의 비교 연구

국문 초록

이 글은 천부경의 삼신 신화와 인류 최초의 문명으로 알려진 수메르의 신화를 비교한 것이다. 수메르 문명에 대한 전 세계적 관심이 높아지는 가운데 국내에서는 한국의 고대문명이 수메르 문명과 관련되어 있다는 연구들이 나왔다. 천부경에서 천지인으로 나오는 삼신 신화는 다른 민족의 신화와 구별되는 우리 민족의 독특한 신화이며 수메르의 신화는 다른 신화들의 모델이 되는 신화이다. 두 신화의 비교는 한국의 고대사 연구에서 한국의 고대 신화가 수메르 신화와 얼마나 연관성이 있으며 그것이 주는 의미를 검토하는 데 의의가 있다. 이글은 첫 장의 서론에 이어 Ⅱ장에서 천부경의 삼신 신화에 나오는 최고신 마고 삼신 신화와 수메르 신 집단 아눈나키(Anunnaki) 신화를 검토하여 두 신화의 관련성을 연구하며 Ⅲ장에서 한국의 고대 신화와 수메르 문명과의 관련성이 얼마나 있는가를 검토하였다. 끝으로, 결론에서 천부경과 수메르 신화 비교 연구가 한민족 고대사 연구에 어떤 함의를 가지는가를 논하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This is a Comparative Study of the Mythology of Cheonbu-gyung and the Sumerian Anunnaki Mythology. Amid growing global interest in the Sumerian civilization, some studies in Korea have shown that Korea's ancient myth is related to the Sumerian civilization. The myth of the Margot of three gods is a unique myth of the Korean people and the myth of Sumer is a model for other myths. The comparison between the two myths is meaningful in examining how much Korean ancient myths are related to Sumerian myths in the study of ancient Korean history and the meaning they give. Following the introduction of the first chapter, the article reviewed the myth of the highest deity, the Three Gods of Cheonbu-kyung, and the myth of Anunaki, the Sumerian gods Group, and examined how related Korea's ancient myths and Sumerian civilizations are in Chapter II. Finally, in conclusion, I would like to discuss how the comparative study of Cheonbugyeong and Sumerian mythology has implications for the study of ancient Korean history.
