국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 IBDP(International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) 평가 프로그램의 특징을 분석하고, 국어교육에서 참조할 수 있는 시사점을 얻는 것이다. 구체적인 논의를 위해 ‘Korean A：Literature’ 과목의 평가 프로그램, ‘Standard level paper 1(May 2017)’ 평가 문항 등을 연구 대상으로 설정하였다. IBDP의 중요한 특징으로 ‘국제 공통의 교육과정과 평가 제도’, ‘교사와 IB 본부에 의한 이원화된 평가 시스템’을 제시하였다. IBDP 평가의 구체적 특징으로는 ‘통합적인 언어활동을 통한 주체적인 사고와 표현 능력 중시’, ‘수업 과정과 평가의 일체화’, ‘엄정한 채점과 구체적 피드백을 통한 평가 관리’를 도출하였다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 ‘통합적인 언어활동 중심의 평가 과제 설정’, ‘국어과 수업과 평가 방식의 긴밀한 연계를 고려한 국어교육 설계’, ‘국어과 평가 과제 중심의 평가기준 개발’, ‘국어교육의 특성을 고려한 수업 자율성과 평가권 보장’ 등의 국어교육적 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of the IBDP(International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) assessment program and to obtain suggestions on Korean language education. For this purpose, the assessment program of ‘Korean A：Literature’ and ‘Standard level paper 1 (May 2017)’ were analyzed. An important feature of the IBDP is the ‘International Common Curriculum and Strict Assessment System’ and the ‘Dualized Assessment System by Teachers and IB Headquarters’. The characteristics of the IBDP assessment program include ‘emphasizing thinking and expressive ability through integrated language activities’, ‘integrating the course and assessment’, and ‘assessment management through strict scoring and feedback’. Based on these analyzes, the following suggestions for Korean language education were derived. 1. Establishment of assessment task centered on integrated language activities, 2. Close linkage of Korean language teaching and assessment methods, 3. Development of assessment criteria centered on assessment tasks, 4. Assurance of class autonomy and assessment rights considering characteristics of Korean language education.
