국문 초록

본 연구는 놀이기록을 기계로 사유하며 영유아교사의 놀이기록기계-되기를 탐구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 2020년 10월 ~ 12월까지 영유아교사 2명과 함께 놀이기록을 하고/나누는 과정을 10회 가졌다. 교사들은 놀이기록과 마주치며 놀이기록기계-되기 교사가 되어갔다. 문 교사는 놀이멈추기-기계~놀이사진감각하기-기계~놀이멈추기-기계~가 되어갔다. 놀이기록-기계가 된 문 교사는 보이지 않던 놀이에 눈길을 주고, 아이를 눈으로 듣고, 놀이를 만드는 아이를 보게 되었다. 즉 문 교사는 아이의 놀이(배움)를 세세하게 감각하는 교사가 되어갔다. 허 교사는 틈만들기-기계~이야기쓰기-기계~놀이기록축적-기계~가 되어갔다. 허 교사는 놀이기록-기계가 되어 틈으로 아이와 교사를 이해하고, 아이를 느끼고, 아이의 경험을 생산하기 위한 지원을 실천하였다. 허 교사는 아이의 놀이(배움)를 느끼고, 지원하고, 다시 아이에게 귀 기울이는 교사가 되어갔다. 본 연구는 영유아 교사가 놀이기록-기계가 되는 것이 곧 교육과정을 실행하는 것임을 보여주는데 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore whether Play document are considered as machine and Playdocument-machine for Early Childhood Education and Care teachers. Accordingly, from October to December 2020, the process of making/sharing play documents with two teachers was held 10 times. Teachers encountered play documents and became Playdocument-machine. Teacher Moon became a play stop-machine~a play picture sense-machine~a play stop-machine. And the teacher, who became a Playdocument-machine, saw a child who gave an eye to an invisible play, listened to the child with her eyes, and made a play. In other words, teacher Moon has become a teacher who senses the child's play (learning) in detail. Teacher Heo became a changing form-machine~story writing-machine~play record accumulation-machine~a changing form-machine. Teacher Heo became a Playdocument-machine to understand children and teachers, feel children, and produce children's experiences. Teacher Heo became a teacher who felt the child's play (learning), supported, and listened to the child again. This study is meaningful in showing that it is the implementation of the curriculum that early childhood education and care teachers become Playdocument-machine.
