인공지능시대의 유아 및 유아교사 대상 교육의 방향 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 인공지능시대에 미래 인재 양성을 위한 유아교육의 방향을 모색해 보는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 인공지능, 유아교육 등 관련분야에서 종사하고 있는 전문가 14명을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구자는 표준 델파이(standard Delphi) 조사를 총 3차에 걸쳐 진행하였으며 델파이 3차 조사 결과의 합의도 및 수렴도 분석을 바탕으로 합의정도를 판단하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 본 연구에 참여한 전문가 패널은 현재 인공지능시대를 대비한 유아 및 유아교사 대상 교육은 이루어지고 있지 않다는 의견에 합의하였다. 둘째, 전문가들은 인공지능 교육은 변화하는 시대에 맞춰 새로운 지식을 습득하고 활용할 수 있는 능력을 함양하기 위해 반드시 필요하다는 의견에 합의하였다. 셋째, 인공지능시대의 유아 대상 교육으로 전문가들은 스토리텔링 기술을 활용한 교육(SIRI: Speech Interpretation and Recognition Interface)이 가능하다는 것에 합의하였다. 또한 유아교사 대상 교육으로 인공지능의 개념이해에 대한 기초교육, 인공지능 활용방법 및 실제, 윤리적 측면의 교육, 유아발달에 적합한 인공지능 교육 등을 통해 가능하다는 것에 합의하였다. 마지막으로 전문가들은 인공지능시대의 유아 및 유아교사 대상 교육을 위한 정부차원의 물리적, 경제적 지원이 요구되며 특히 유아교육 현장에서는 놀이를 통한 인공지능 교육이 현실화 되어야 한다는 것에 합의하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 인공지능 교육의 올바른 방향을 설정하고 유아 및 유아교사 대상 관련 교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of early childhood education for fostering future human resources in the age of artificial intelligence. For this study, the Delphi survey was conducted on 14 experts engaged in related fields such as artificial intelligence, early childhood education, and convergence education. The study was conducted in a paper-type standard Delphi survey and was conducted in a total of 3 rounds. The degree of agreement was judged based on the analysis of the degree of agreement and the degree of convergence of the Delphi 3rd survey results. As a result of the study, it was agreed that education using storytelling technology (SIRI: Speech Interpretation and Recognition Interface) is possible for young children. In addition, it was agreed that teacher education such as basic education on understanding the concept of artificial intelligence, how and how to use artificial intelligence, ethical aspects of education, and artificial intelligence education suitable for infant development is possible. In addition, a high level of agreement was reached with the opinion that artificial intelligence education through play should be realized and that physical and economic support for artificial intelligence education is required. Through this study, the importance and necessity of artificial intelligence education in early childhood education was confirmed. In addition, It was derived that the development of early childhood education programs and teacher education programs should be prioritized and that both policy and social support were required in order for effective AI education to be implemented. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data to set the right direction for AI education and to develop educational programs related to AI education.
