사회적협동조합의 지속가능 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사회적협동조합이 공익의 측면에서 사회서비스 전달과 운영을 촉진하는 의미를 성찰하고, 그 방향성이 내재된 사회적협동조합의 지속가능 요인을 탐색하는데 있다. 선행연구를 통해서 사회적협동조합의 지속가능 요인으로 지식공유활동, 리더십, 의사결정 요인을 추출하였다. 이러한 선행연구결과를 바탕으로 양적 조사를 하여 사회적협동조합 관련자들이 참고할 수 있도록 하였다. 지식공유활동, 리더십, 의사결정 중심으로 독립변수인 지식공유활동 요인은 SNS(Social Networking Service), 정기소집, 회의체, 안건으로 구성하고 독립변수인 리더십 요인은 변혁적 리더십으로 구성하였다. 종속변수인 의사결정 요인은 민주성, 투명성, 효과성으로 구성하였으며, 자료에 대한 분석은 AMOS 12.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하였다. 따라서 이 연구는 사회적협동조합의 지속가능 요인을 탐색하기 위한 전반적인 이해 촉진과 후속연구의 필요성을 제안함으로써 향후 사회적협동조합의 이론을 축적해 나가는 데 필요한 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to reflect on the meaning of social cooperatives promoting the delivery and operation of social services in terms of the public interest, and to explore the sustainability factors of social cooperatives that are inherent in the direction. Through previous studies, knowledge sharing activities, leadership, and decision-making factors were extracted as sustainable factors of social cooperatives. Based on these preceding research results, a quantitative survey was conducted so that those involved in social cooperatives could refer to them. Focusing on knowledge sharing activity, leadership, and decision-making, the independent variable knowledge sharing activity factor consisted of SNS (Social Networking Service), regular convocation, meeting body, and agenda, and the independent variable leadership factor consisted of transformational leadership. Decision-making factors, which are dependent variables, were composed of democracy, transparency, and effectiveness, and AMOS 12.0 statistical program was used for data analysis. Therefore, this study will be able to provide basic data necessary for accumulating theories of social cooperatives in the future by proposing the need for overall understanding promotion and follow-up research to explore the sustainability factors of social cooperatives.
