유아교사의 디지털 역량 평가도구 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 디지털 역량을 진단하기 위한 평가도구의 문항 양호도와 타당도 및 신뢰도를검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울, 인천, 경기, 충청 지역 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 교사 250명을대상으로 구글 설문조사를 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 문항양호도를 분석한 결과, 문항 평균은 지나치게 낮은 평균이 없어서 난이도가 높지 않았으며, 표준편차도 지나치게 작은 문항은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 왜도와 첨도는 기준을 충족시켜 정규성을 가정하였다 둘째, 구인타당도를 분석하기 위해서 탐색적요인분석을 시행한 결과, 요인에 적합하지 않은 4개 문항을 제외하였고 7개 요인 28개 역량 문항으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, RMSEA, RMR, CFI, TLI 및 IFI 모두 수용기준을 모두 충족하여모형은 적합하였다. 또한, 수렴타당도를 위한 표준화추정계수, C.R. 값은 수용기준을 모두 넘었으며, 요인별 개념신뢰도와 평균분산추출도 모두 수용 기준 이상으로 타당하였다. 아울러, 요인별 신뢰도를 검증한결과, 신뢰도는 Cronbach’s α .89∼.94로 높게 나타났다. 마지막으로 유아교사 디지털 역량 평가도구에대한 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 통해서 7개 요인 28개의 평가 문항이 도출되었다 이와 같은 연구결과는본 연구에서 개발된 도구를 활용하여 유아교사의 디지털 역량 수준을 진단할 수 있고, 디지털 역량을 강화하기 위한 교사교육 내용을 구성하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the item quality, validity, and reliability of the assessment tool for diagnosing the digital competence for early childhood teachers. To this end, a Google survey was conducted on 250 teachers working in kindergartens and daycare centers in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong. The research results are as follows: First, as a result of analyzing the item quality, it was found that the item average did not have an excessively low average, so the difficulty was not high, and there were no items with an excessively small standard deviation. Skewness and kurtosis met the criteria and assumed normality. Second, as a result of performing exploratory urine analysis to analyze construct validity, confirmatory factor analysis was performed with 28 competencies of 7 factors, excluding 4 items that were not suitable for factors. As a result, RMSEA, RMR, CFI, TLI, and IFI all met the acceptance criteria, so the model was fit. On the other hand, the standardized estimation coefficient for convergent validity, C.R. All of the values exceeded the acceptance criteria, and both the conceptual reliability and mean variance extract for each factor were more than the acceptance criteria. In addition, as a result of verifying the reliability of each factor, the reliability was found to be high, with Cronbach's α .89 to .94. Finally, 28 evaluation items with 7 factors were derived through validation and reliability of the digital competence assessment tool for early childhood teachers. Therefore, it is expected that it can be used as basic data to compose the contents of teacher education to strengthen digital competence.
