창업가적 경영전략이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 블루오션과 퍼스트무버 중심으로

국문 초록

국내 기업들이 나이들고 있다. 기업의 혁신과 지속성장을 위해서는 탄생과 고속성장의 시기와 연계한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 최근 세계적으로 주목받고 있는 경영전략인 가치혁신전략 관점에서 블루오션과 퍼스트무버와 같은 창업가적 경영전략이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증하였다. 2015년과 2017년의 사업체패널자료 중 819개사를 실증분석한 결과, 블루오션전략은 중기 재무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 퍼스트무버전략은 제품·서비스경쟁력에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 블루오션과 퍼스트무버 모두 제품·서비스혁신에 유의한 정(+)의 영항을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 결과는 혁신과 지속성장의 기로에 서 있는 국내 기업들에게 오래된 경영전략을 제고하고 새로운 전략을 수립하고 실행하는 데에 단서를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Domestic companies are aging. At the crossroads of sustainable growth, it is necessary to think management strategies for innovation and change. This study demonstrated the effect of entrepreneurial management strategies such as blue ocean strategy and first mover strategy on business performance, view from the value innovation strategy, which is a strategy that has recently received worldwide attention. The results of empirical analysis of 819 companies in the Workplace Panel Survey for 2015 and 2017 are as follows. Blue ocean strategy had a significant positive (+) effect on medium term financial performance. The first mover strategy had a significant positive ( +) effect on product and service competitiveness. In addition, it was found that both the blue ocean strategy and the first mover strategy had a significant positive effect on product and service innovation.These results may be a clue for companies to rebuild new strategies and improve performance.
