국문 초록

본 연구는 MZ세대에게 주거환경의 영향력은 어떠한지를 살펴본 것이다. 연구방식은 선행연구를 바탕으로 변수를 추출하고 설문지를 구성하여 20대, 30대, 40대를 대상으로 직접 조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 표본을 SPSS 23.0프로그램을 이용하여 실증분석 하였다. 연구에서 주거환경 요인은 거주특성, 경제특성, 편의특성, 사회특성으로 구분하였고 이들요인이 주거만족에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보았다. 특히 이들을 세대별과 성별로 그룹을구분하여 주거만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 주거환경 요인인 거주특성, 경제특성, 편의특성, 사회특성이 20대, 30대, 40대모두와 남녀 성별, 세대별로 주거 만족도에 각각 다른 영향력을 미치고 있었다. 20대는 편리특성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었고, 30대는 거주특성이, 40대는 편리특성이었다. 또한 남성은 거주특성, 여성은 편리특성이 각각 큰 영향력을 보이고 있었다.

영문 초록

This study examines the influence of the residential environment on the MZ generation. As for the research method, variables were extracted based on previous studies and a questionnaire was composed, and a direct survey was conducted on people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. The surveyed sample was empirically analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. In the study, residential environment factors were divided into residential characteristics, economic characteristics, convenience characteristics, and social characteristics, and how these factors affect housing satisfaction was examined. In particular, the effect on housing satisfaction was analyzed by dividing them into groups by generation and gender. As a result of the analysis, residential environment factors such as residential characteristics, economic characteristics, convenience characteristics, and social characteristics had different influences on housing satisfaction by gender and generation. Convenience characteristics had the greatest influence on those in their 20s, residential characteristics in their 30s, and convenience characteristics in their 40s. In addition, the characteristics of residence for men and convenience for women showed great influence.
