국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나 19시기 결혼이주여성들을 대상으로 변화된 자녀양육의 경험과 심리적 상태를 인권의 영역에서 살펴보았다. 심층면접과 질적분석을 통해 총 2개의 주제와 6개의 상위개념과, 18개의 하위개념을 도출하였다, 결혼이주여성들은 코로나19 시기 자녀양육 및 교육환경의 변화로 어려움을 경험하고, 사회적 위축감, 고립감, 우울감 등 부정적인 심리 변화를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 인권영역의 관점에서 살펴보면, 첫째, 코로나19 시기 변화된 결혼이주여성의 자녀양육의 어려움은 소득보장ㆍ생계유지권 및 노동권, 건강권, 교육권의 권리영역과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코로나19 시기 결혼이주여성들의 우울증과 스트레스는 혐오방지 및 비차별권, 돌봄권과 사회관계, 정보접근권의 권리영역과 관련이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 코로나19 시기 결혼이주여성들이 한국사회의 구성원으로서 건강한 가정을 유지하며 안전하게 자녀를 양육할 수 있는 정책적ㆍ실질적 지원방안을 위한 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the changing experiences in child-rearing and mental health for married immigrant women during the COVID-19 period from the point of view of human rights. Using qualitative method with in-depth interview, 2 themes 6 super-topics, and 18 sub-topics were derived. The results showed that married immigrant women experienced difficulties in child-rearing and online educational environments due to the COVID-19, and experienced negative psychological changes such as social withdrawal and isolation, and depression. Focusing on the human rights this study found that challenges faced by married immigrant women in raising children during the COVID-19 period were associated with the labor right, the right to health, and the education right. The results also showed that the depression and stress of married immigrant women during the COVID-19 period were associated with the anti-hate and non-discrimination rights, the caring rights and social relations, and the information access rights. Therefore, this study seeks to support strategies from schools, local communities, government to promote healthy families and safely raise their children as a member of Korea.
