국문 초록

한국교회는 개교회주의, 성장지향주의, 번영신학에 의한 기복주의 신앙 등에 물든 건강치 못한 교회론으로 공공성을 상실하고 있다. 그 결과 말씀과 삶의 일치를 이끌어내지 못하는 불균형된 강단과 개교회중심의 교회 사역으로 국가와 지역사회 그리고 사회공동체와의 관계에서 여러 갈등과 부작용으로 교회의 신뢰도가 급속히 하락하는 원인이 되고 있다. 특히 신앙의 개인주의화 즉 신앙의 사사화로 교회가 공공성에 입각한 공적인 영역에 대한 관심과 영향력이 축소되고 교회의 공공성과 공교회성을 상실한 각 성도의 삶 역시 개인적 관심과 이익만을 추구하는 현상이 심각해지고 있다. 이러한 여러 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 신앙공동체로서 교회 본래의 사명과 역할을 잘 감당하는 공공성과 공교회성 회복이 가장 시급하다. 이는 신앙공동체로서 예수 그리스도 안에서 같은 마음과 같은 뜻으로 온전히 하나 되는 교회가 되어 지역사회와 국가공동체의 공의와 정의를 위해 공공성을 회복하고 실천해야한다. 특별히 교회가 속해 있는 지역사회와 소통하며 국가정책의 사각지대에 있는 아동돌봄문제와 소외되고 어려운 이웃을 위해 사랑과 나눔의 어르신돌봄에 더욱 관심을 갖고 이를 돌봄시스템으로 작동되도록 해야 한다. 이를 위해 국가정책과 지역사회 돌봄(아동, 노인)정책을 중심으로 그 실천 방안을 모색하여 신앙공동체로서 사랑과 환대라는 목회 실천적 비전을 갖는 기독교의 공공성을 교회사역 현장에서 지역사회와 함께 소통하며 실천해 나가야 한다.

영문 초록

The Korean church is losing the publicity due to the unhealthy ecclesiology of the church, which is tainted with local churchism, growth-oriented and the ups and downs beliefs based on Shamanism. As a result, an unbalanced pulpit and local church-centered church ministry in the relationship between the state, the local community and the social community generating various conflicts and side effects are causing the church's credibility to decline rapidly. In particular, due to the individualization of faith, that is, the privatism of faith, the church's interest and influence in the public domain based on the publicity is reduced, and the life of each member who has lost the publicness and communality of the church is also serious, pursuing to have personal interest and profit only. In order to solve these problems, it is most urgent thing to restore the publicness and the sense of community that fulfill the original mission and role of the church as a community of faith. As a community of faith, we must become a church that is fully united with the same heart and the same will in Jesus Christ, and must restore and practice the publicity for justice and justice in the local and National communities. In particular, it is necessary to communicate with the local community to which the church belongs, pay more attention to the issues of child care and serving the old that are in the blind spot from the National policy, and love and sharing for the marginalized and the needy, and make it work as a care system. To this end, focusing on National policies and local community care (children, elderly) policies, we need to find a way to practice it, and as a community of faith. We need to communicate the public nature of Christianity with the pastoral practical vision of love and hospitality and communicate with the local community in the field of church ministry.
