국문 초록

21세기 새로운 패러다임의 특성을 가장 잘 나타내는 용어 중 하나가 ‘지속가능한 개발 또는 발전’은 경제발전과 환경보전을 동시에 고려한 개념으로서 도시개발에도 광범위하게 적용된다. 이러한 패러다임이 제시되는 이유는 그 만큼 우리가 살고 있는 지구에서 삶의 환경에 대해 지속가능한 발전이 어렵기 때문이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 지속가능한 도시발전에 대한 이슈들을 검토했다. 그 결과 지속가능한 커뮤니티를 조성하고 도시의 토지 활용도를 높이며 지속가능한 자원을 통한 에너지의 활용 등이 과제로 드러났다. 지속가능한 도시환경를 검토하여 물리적 환경에서는 공동체 형성의 장으로서 기독교의 도시농업가꾸기 사업과 지속가능한 도시토지활용으로서 공동체적 종교건축물의 활용촉진 방안을 제시했다. 사회적 환경 측면에서는 4차산업혁명시대에 기독교 역할과 한국대학생선교회(KCCC)의 기독교 공동체의 역할을 파악했다. 그리고 지속가능한 경제적 환경에서는 마을만들기 사업과 사회적 경제사업을 잇는 따복공동체를 소개하고 기독교의 역할관계를 정립했으며, 해비타트의 공동체 운영 촉진을 위해 교회와의 파트너십을 확대시켜야 한다는 점을 강조했다. 따라서 지속가능한 도시발전을 위해서는 더불어 사는 공동체적 삶속에 기독교 신앙에 기초한 실천 역량강화와 기독교적 본질을 회복할 수 있는 토대 구축이 절실히 필요하다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

One of the best definitions of the 21st century's new paradigm is that sustainable development (ESSD, Environmentaly Sound and Sustainable Development) is widely applied to urban development as a concept of economic development and environmental stewardship. The reason why such a paradigm is presented is that it is difficult to induce sustainable developments in the environment surrounding the Earth's living environment. Consequently, the reviews of sustainable urban development issues are included a creation of sustainable community and a increaded utililization of sustainable urban land use, and an energy utilization of sustainable resources. In terms of the physical environment of sustainable city, we encouraged Christians to begin urban agriculture as Chrisitian community, and asked the Christian community to exacerabate the utilization of church buildings. join us in the Christian role of the Christian community and the Christian community of Korea. From a stand of social environment, we stressed the importantce of Christian community's role in the era of the Fourth industrial revolution. Chrisitian community building business, Chrisitian community business, and enhanced cooperation between churchs and Habitat are considered for sustainable urnban environments in terms of economic environment. Thus, it is thought that it is necessary to practice Christianity and restore its essence in the life of the Christian community in order to promote sustainable urban development.
