국문 초록

인류는 인간의 욕망을 채우기 위해서 지칠 줄 모르는 기술발전을 이룩하여 왔다. 그런데 환경문제를 인식하면서 인류의 끝없는 욕심을 채우기에는 자원이 부족하다는 것을 깨닫고 여전히 생태계의 한 구성원이라는 자각을 하기 시작한 것이다. 엄격히 말하자면, 자본주의 사회를 통하여 자신의 이익을 극대화화고 사회적 책임을 외면하는 주체들이 사회생활 전반에 걸쳐서 통제권을 행사하고 있다고 할 수 있는 것이다. 창세기 1장 28절에 보면 “땅을 정복하라 ... 모든 생물을 다스리라”는 말씀에 의하면 파괴적인 의미를 가진 것이 아니라 자연을 보호하고 자연을 관리해야 할 인간의 책임을 가리키는 것으로 해석해야 한다. 그리고 ‘하나님의 선교(Missio-Dei)’의 주된 관심사로 먼저 교회와 인간이 아닌 세계와 생태계 중심의 선교신학을 정립하여야 한다. 모든 피조물은 하나님의 생명이며, 하나님과 다른 피조물과도 생명의 관계에 있다. 생태계 위기를 극복하기 위하여 선교실천적인 대안으로 유기농업을 통하여 생태복원에 힘쓰고, 생태계 복지의 관점에서 모든 생명체가 더불어 살아가는 생명중심의 생태공동체를 이루어 나가야 하며 더 나아가서 구체적인 환경캠페인 내지 교육활동이 필요할 것이다. 더 나아가서는 지구적 환경위기 속에서도 교회는 지역사회에 존재하는 교회로서 그 사명을 다하기 위하여는 하나님 나라를 지향하는 교회의 본질을 회복하고 지역사회와 더불어 그리고 지역사회를 위하여 생태계의 회복을 위한 선교를 지향하여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Mankind have achieved the technological advances in order to satisfy tireless human desire. However, while recognizing the environmental issues they will have to fill the endless greed of mankind to realize the awareness as one member of the eco-system through the lack of resources. Strictly speaking, through the capitalist society social responsibility each actor will maximize their profits, which can be said to exercise control over the whole social life. Look at Genesis 1:28, “subdue the earth ... shall rule over all creatures” should be interpreted to mean not having a destructive but nature protection, according to the words and pointing to the human responsibility to manage natural situation. And the world center of mission theology and ecology should be established as the main concerns of 'mission of God'. All creation is God's life, God and other creatures, and also the relationship of life. Eco-system through organic agriculture as a practical alternative to overcome the crisis, struggling to ecological restoration, will have to make the center of the ecological community life, in addition to all the living creatures in terms of ecological well-being. Futhermore, in this aspect, people are not different from other creatures, and therefore should not damage nature. Therefore, we must not forget that the ecological crisis can be one of our own.
