국문 초록

철학적 개념인 ‘디오니소스적인 것’은 니체의 ‘긍정의 철학’의 토대어이자 동시에, 니체의 초기 사유와 후기 사유를 관통하는 연속적 함의를 지니고 있다. 그 구체적 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그 개념의 연속적 함의는 무엇보다도 ‘모순적(비극적) 생명성 및 그것의 영원성’에, 그리고 그것에 대한 ‘긍정’에 있다. 둘째, 모순적 생명성영원성긍정이라는 세 요소는 ‘디오니소스자그레우스’ 신화가 제공한 여러 신화적 상징 중에서 특히 디오니소스 신의 삶과 죽음 자체가 주는 상징성을 철학적 개념으로 전이시켜 획득된 것으로, 이때 니체는 탈역사적심리적미적형이상학적 방법을 사용한다. 셋째, ‘디오니소스적인 것’의 철학적 함의는 니체 초기 사유에서는 예술론, 비극론, 예술가형이상학, 철학 및 문화비판론의 형태에서 ‘모두’ 발견된다. 그래서 ‘디오니소스적인 것’은 초기 니체 사유를 특징짓는 개념어일 수 있다. 넷째, 니체의 후기 사유에서 ‘디오니소스적인 것’의 함의는 힘에의 의지로서의 상승적 삶에의 의지라는 개념어 안으로 완전히 흡수되어, 구체적인 개념적 설명을 얻게 된다. 그 결과 다섯째, 니체가 구상한 긍정의 철학 자체가 곧 디오니소스적이며, 이 철학은 디오니소스적 인간에 대한 요청으로 귀결된다.

영문 초록

`The Dionysian,' a philosophical concept, is a foundation of Nietzsche's `affirmative philosophy and simultaneously contains a continuous implication which goes through the early and later phases of Nietzsche's thinking. Its concrete contents are as follows. First, the concept's continuous implication is, above all,`contradictory-tragic vitality and its eternity' and its `affirmation.' Second, three elements, contradictory vitality-eternity-affirmation, are acquired by transforming the symbolism of Dionysus-Zagreus' life and death into a philosophical concept, when Nietzsche employs unhistorical-psychological-aestheticmetaphysical approach. Third, the philosophical implications of `the Dionysian' are found everywhere in theory of arts, theory of tragedy, artist-metaphysics, philosophy, and culture criticism of Nietzsche's early thinking. Therefore, `the Dionysian' can be a concept which characterizes Nietzsche's early thinking. Fourth, in Nietzsche's later thinking, the implications of `the Dionysian' is completely absorbed into the concept of will to ascending life as will to power, and then is given a concrete conceptual explanation. Fifth, as a consequence, the affirmative philosophy itself that Nietzsche construct is just the Dionysian and this philosophy leads to the request of a Dionysian man.
