Doc2Vec을 이용한 중학교 과학 질문-답변 챗봇 개발 및 학생 질의 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 교사가 학교 현장 맞춤형으로 개발한 한국어 과학질문-답변 챗봇의 구축 방법을 소개하고, 챗봇 서비스로 얻은 학생의질의를 분석하여 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 과학 질문-답변 챗봇은 한국어 형태소 분석기와 Doc2Vec 기반의 문서 분류 모델을 이용하여 독자적인 서버를 구축하여 개발했다. 중학교 1개교에서 3개 학기 동안챗봇 서비스를 운영한 결과, 질의의 반 정도는 교과와 관련된 것이었고, 나머지 반 정도는 잡담 등 교과 외의 것이었다. 학생들은 챗봇을평가 준비에 많이 사용했고, 24시간 운영하는 챗봇의 특성을 활용하여방과 후에 더 많이 이용했다. 교육용 챗봇의 이용률을 높이기 위해서는 학생의 실제 질의를 바탕으로 데이터셋을 구축하고 챗봇 검색 알고리즘을 개선하여 학생의 의도에 맞는 답변이 나올 확률을 높여야한다. 과학 교과의 질문-답변을 목적으로 챗봇을 만들었어도 학생의필요에 맞추어 교과 및 교과 외 영역을 모두 아우를 수 있어야 한다.

영문 초록

In this study, a method of constructing a science Q&A chatbot developed by a teacher for students at a specific middle school was introduced, and implications were obtained by analyzing student's queries. The chatbot built its own server using a Korean morpheme analyzer and a document classification model based on Doc2Vec. As a result of operating the chatbot service for three semesters, half of the queries were related to the subject, and the other half were non-curricular, such as small talk. The students used the chatbot a lot to prepare for the test, and they used it more after school by taking advantage of the merit of all day operation. In order to increase the usage of educational chatbots, it is necessary to build a dataset based on students' actual queries and improve the search algorithm to increase the probability of getting appropriate answers that match the students' intentions. Even if a chatbot is created for the purpose of Q&A in science subjects, it should be able to cover both subject and non-curricular areas according to the needs of students.
