리빙랩 프로젝트와 연계한 대학 전공수업 교육모델 개발 연구 : D 대학교 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록

4차산업혁명시대 트렌드에 맞추어 기존 공급자 중심의 R&D의 한계성을 인식하고 사용자 참여 및현장 지향성을 강조하는 리빙랩이 중요한 방법론으로 대두되고 있다.‘우리 마을 실험실’,‘살아있는실험실’, ‘일상생활 실험실’이라는 의미로 특정 지역의 생활공간을 설정하고 공공, 민간, 시민 등이협력을 통해 문제를 해결하는 방식을 의미하는 리빙랩은 대학과 지역사회가 연계하여 지역문제해결과협력 네트워크 구축을 할 수 있는 주요한 모델로 국내에서도 확산되고 있으며, 대학에서 리빙랩을 활용한 교육과정 적용을 통해 혁신적이고 창의적인 인재를 키우는 데 기여할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 리빙랩 적용방법론에 대한 고찰을 기반으로 다양한 국내·외 리빙랩 적용사례를 분석하였으며, 아울러 대학 교육과정에 적용된 리빙랩 사례 분석을 통해 리빙랩을 통한 대학 교육과정 혁신모델(안)을 제언하였다. 본 연구를 통해 실증 측면에서 국내 리빙랩은 기존 테스트베드와 큰 차이 없이 기술의 성공여부를테스트하기 위한 프로젝트로 운영되고 있다는 한계점을 살펴보았다. 사용자 참여 측면에서 사용자(주민 등)을 혁신 주체로 참여시킨다고 하고 있으나 실제 참여를 이끌어내고 있지 못하며, 교육 측면에서도 이론 중심의 리빙랩 교육 방식에서 탈피하여 현장 중심/실전 중심의 교육과정 설계로의 변화가 요구된다고 주장하였다. 인재양성 측면에서도 리빙랩은 사회를 혁신적으로 이끌어 나갈 수 있는 인재를 양성하는데 필요하며, 리빙랩 문화 확산을 통해 지역 문제에 대한 관심도를 높이는 역할을 수행할 수 있는 교육과정의 개설이 필요함을 강조하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 다양한 리빙랩 적용사례 및 교육과정혁신모델(안)은 국내 대학 내 리빙랩을 활용한 교육과정 설계 및 운영에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

In the trend of the 4th industrial revolution era, the Living Lab, which recognizes the limitations of existing supplier-centered R&D and emphasizes user participation and field orientation, is emerging as an important methodology. Living Lab, which means 'laboratory', which means a method of setting up living spaces in a specific area and solving problems through cooperation between the public, the private sector, and citizens, aims to establish a cooperative network and solve local problems by connecting universities and local communities. It is spreading in Korea as a major model that can be used, and it can contribute to nurturing innovative and creative talents by applying the curriculum using the Living Lab at universities. Accordingly, this study analyzed various domestic and foreign living lab application cases based on the consideration of the living lab application methodology. In addition, through the living lab case analysis applied to the university curriculum, the university curriculum innovation model through the living lab has been suggested. Through this study, in terms of demonstration, the limitations of the domestic living lab being operated as a project to test the success of the technology without much difference from the existing test bed were examined. In terms of user participation, it is said that users are involved as innovation agents, but it is not leading to actual participation claimed to be required. In terms of nurturing talent, the Living Lab is necessary to nurture talented people who can lead innovative society, and emphasized the need to open a curriculum that can play a role in raising interest in local issues by spreading the Living Lab culture. Various living lab application cases and curriculum innovation model presented in this study are expected to be helpful in designing and operating curriculum in domestic universities.
