지속가능한 농촌관광 활성화 방안 연구: 나주시 농촌을 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 지속가능한 농촌관광을 위한 농촌다움의 가치를 극대화하기 위해 전라남도 나주시의농촌관광 활성화 방안을 제언하고자 한다. 방법 전남관광업체에 가입된 숙박업과 여행업을 수행하는 업체 3 개를 선정하였고, 전남관광 관련 학계 및전문가집단 중 2 명을 선정하여 인터뷰 방식으로 진행하였다. 결과 나주시 농촌의 지속가능한 농촌관광을 위해서는 첫째, 농촌마을의 고유한 특성을 가진 정체성을개발해야 한다. 둘째, 농촌주민 주체의 농촌관광 사업화를 개발해야 한다. 셋째, 다양한 농촌마을의 관광컨텐츠를 개발해야 한다. 넷째, 농촌의 자연경관과 지역문화자원의 훼손을 최소화하여야 한다. 다섯째, 농촌관광 사업에서 발생한 수익 일부를 지역의 전통문화계승에 환원해야 한다. 마지막으로, 고객만족도를높이는 전략을 개발해야 한다. 결론 본 연구는 나주시 농촌의 지속가능한 관광개발 및 운영을 위한 정책적 함의 및 실무적 시사점을제시하고 있지만, 현장의 실무적인 실증분석을 하지 못했다는 한계가 있어 향후 연구에는 실제 사례를바탕으로 효과를 분석하여 본 연구에서 주장하는 타당성 검증의 제안을 시도할 필요가 있으며 인터뷰대상자의 선정과 횟수의 한계로 인해 다양한 의견을 수렴하지 못한 한계를 가지고 있어 향후 연구는농촌주민과 농촌관광 전문가의 여러 의견을 청취하여 보다 객관적인 자료를 수집할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose The purpose of this study is to propose ways to revitalize rural tourism in Naju City, Jeollanam-do, in order to maximize the value of rurality for sustainable rural tourism. Methods 3 companies that carry out the accommodation and travel business affiliated with Chunnam Tourism Company were selected, and 2 people from the academic and professional groups related to Chonnam Tourism were selected and conducted by interview. Results For sustainable rural tourism in rural Naju City, first, we must develop an identity with the unique characteristics of rural villages. Second, we must develop the commercialization of rural tourism by the main body of rural residents. Third, the tourism content of various rural villages should be developed. Fourth, damage to rural natural landscapes and local cultural resources should be minimized. Fifth, a portion of the revenue generated from rural tourism should be returned to the succession of the traditional culture of the region. Finally, you need to develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction. Conclusion Although this study presents policy implications and practical implications for the sustainable tourism development and operation of rural Naju City, due to the limitation of not being able to make a practical empirical analysis of the field, it is necessary to analyze the effectiveness based on real cases in future research to try to propose a feasibility verification as claimed in this study, and due to the limitation of the selection and number of interviewees, it is necessary to collect more objective data by soliciting various opinions from rural residents and rural tourism experts.
