좋은 일자리 지수의 고안과 부산의 좋은 일자리 현황 분석

국문 초록

본 논문은 좋은 일자리의 정량적 측정이 필요하다는 인식하에, 좋은 일자리 지수를 고안하고 그것에 기초하여 부산의 좋은 일자리 현황 분석을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 좋은 일자리 여부를 결정하는 측정 가능한 항목들을 선정하여 범주화·계층화한 후, 각 항목의 중요도를 전문가 대상 AHP조사를 통하여 도출한다. 아울러 근로자 대상 설문조사를 실시하여 선정된 항목별 점수를 계산한다. 그 다음으로 전문가 조사와 근로자 조사를 연계하여 좋은 일자리 지수를 산출한다. 본 논문에서는 한 사례로 서 부산지역을 대상으로 좋은 일자리가 얼마나 있는지에 대하여 추정하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, 좋은 일자리 지수 평균은 일반적인 상식에 부합되게, 금융 및 보험서비스업이 가장 높고, 사업관리서비스 업이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 좋은 일자리 지수평균은 남성이 여성보다 높고, 연령이 많을수록 높아져서 40대가 가장 높은데 연령이 더 많아지면 하락하는 모습을 나타내고 있다. 또한 학력별로 보면, 학력이 높아질수록 좋은 일자리 지수 평균이 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 임금만을기준으로 한 다른 통계조사와의 일관성도 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 논문에서 고안한좋은 일자리 지수는 현실을 적절히 반영한 것으로서, 향후 보완과 논의를 거쳐 타 지역 및 전국적으로좋은 일자리의 현황을 파악하는 데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This paper aims at developing good job index. The steps of developing index are as follows: First, we choose major factors which are critical to good job, and then classify and stratify these factors. Second the importance(=weights) of these factors are determined by the AHP analysis. Also, the cumulative distribution functions of the answers to each factors are calculated by the survey to the workers. Finally, we calculate good job index by linking importance and cumulative distribution of each factor. As an application to good job index designed in this paper, we estimate how many good jobs are present in Busan. It is found that the value of good job index is highest in finance-related job area and lowest in business-management-related job area as expected. It is also found that the value of good job index is higher in man than woman, and higher in highly-educated person than person with lower education. Additionally, it is shown that the value of good job index rises as ages reach up to 40’s and then declines after 40’s. And it is also found that the result is consistent with other results based only on wage-related surveys. Therefore, it can be concluded that the good job index designed in this paper reflects the reality and can be utilized to analyse how many good jobs are present in other areas and nation as whole.
