반영구화장 디자인교육 인식과 실무능력 및 시술만족도 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 반영구화장 디자인교육 인식과 실무능력 및 시술만족도 사이의 관계를 연구하고자 반영구화장 실무자 295명을 대상으로 설문을 시행하였고 반영구화장 교육실태를 조사하였으며 디자인교육 인식이 실무능력과 시술만족도에미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 반영구화장 디자인교육 인식은 이미지, 형태, 균형성, 비율, 컬러, 기법으로 하위요인을 구성하였다. 연구 결과, 디자인교육이 실무에필요한 교육으로 중요하다고 인식하였고 반영구화장 시술테크닉과 디자인교육에대한 재교육을 요구하였으며 디자인교육 중 눈썹 디자인을 중요하게 인식하였다. 반영구화장 디자인교육 인식 중 균형성, 이미지, 비율, 컬러, 형태, 기법 순서로만족하였고 교육만족도는 평균 2.82로 낮게 인식하였다. 기법, 컬러, 비율이 교육만족도에, 컬러가 실무능력에, 컬러와 균형성이 시술만족도에 긍정적인 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 반영구화장 디자인교육 중 기법, 컬러, 비율에 대한 교육과정을 검토할 필요가 있고 개인의 성향, 얼굴형, 표정 습관에 맞춰디자인할 수 있는 기술력, 디자인 전문성 향상이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a survey of 295 semi-permanent makeup practitioners to study the relationship between semi-permanent makeup design education recognition, practical ability, and procedure satisfaction, and analyzed the effect of design education recognition on practical ability and procedure satisfaction. The perception of semi-permanent makeup design education consisted of sub-factors with image, shape, balance, ratio, color, and technique. As a result of the study, it recognized that design education was important as an education necessary for practice, required re-education of semi-permanent cosmetic procedure techniques and design education, and recognized eyebrow design as important during design education. Among the semi-permanent makeup design education recognition, I was satisfied in the order of balance, image, ratio, color, shape, and technique, and the educational satisfaction was recognized as low as 2.82. It was found that technique, color, and ratio had a positive effect on educational satisfaction, color on practical ability, and color and balance on procedure satisfaction. In conclusion, it is necessary to review the curriculum for techniques, colors, and proportions of semi-permanent makeup design education, and to improve the technology and design expertise that can be designed according to individual tendencies, facial shape, and facial expression habits.
