국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 마비말장애 말소리 명료도를 객관적인 척도로 변별하기 위한 음향학적, 기류적 파라미터를 확인하는 동시에 마비말장애의 명료도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 강도와 기류율 그리고 성대진동과 성문기류사이 관계 파라미터를 분석하여 후두, 성문 그리고 성문하압을 음향학적 에너지로 변환시키는 후두의 능력 척도인 발성효율성(vocal efficiency)을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 마비말장애는 강도와 기압에는 차이가 있고 기류는 차이가 발생되지 않았다는 것은 강도의 증가로 기류율은 향상되었지만 아직 후두내근의 약증으로 발성의 효율성 측면에서는 문제점을 내포하고 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze acoustic and airflow parameters to identify the acoustical and current parameters of dysarthrias, and the ability to influence the voice of the larynx, the gate and the gate of the vocal cord to the sound of the vocal cord, and the ability to analyze the parameters of the larynx and gate respectively, to determine the sound efficiency of the larynx, the voice of the larynx and the gate. Although the failure of the word paralysis was different from the intensity and atmospheric pressure of the horse, the increase in air flow was improved due to the increase in the intensity of the activity, but the complications of the speech were still present in terms of the effectiveness of the speech.
