대학생의 문제음주 실태 및 음주강요 경험

국문 초록

대학생 문제음주 실태 및 음주강요 경험을 파악함으로써 문제음주를 예방하기 위한 효과적인 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 연구대상은 대전 소재 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 288명이며 자기기입방식의 설문지를 통해 조사하였다. 분석결과 문제음주자(AUDIT-K 12점 이상)은 34%였으며 술이 대인관계에 미치는 영향에 대한 인식, 음주강요 거절, 성별이 문제음주를 설명하며 설명력은 13.6%이었다. 대학생의 79.7%가 음주 강요 경험이 있었으며 음주 강요자는 친구, 원치않음 음주강요는 엠티에서 가장 많이 발생했다. 금주교육 경험률은 82.6%로 낮았으며 적절한 음주교육 시기는 신입생오리엔테이션, 음주문제감소를 위해 희망하는 대책으로는 음주 대신 할 수 있는 공동체 문화 프로그램 개발로 나타났다. 사회적 친분 형성과 대인관계 교류를 위해 주로 음주를 하고 문제음주로 이어지고 있으므로 음주를 대신할 수 있는 문화의 마련이 시급하며 음주강요를 거절할 수 있는 훈련 및 자기통제능력을 증가시키는 훈련이 요구된다고 하겠다.

영문 초록

This study was to understand college students’ drinking problem, forced drinking and provide data to development effective program to prevent or reduce problematic drinking. The data were collected by self-questionnaire method and the subjects of this study were 288 college students. The results of this study are as follows. The problematic drinking rate(AUDIT-K ≥12) was 34%. The predictors of problematic drinking were awareness of the influence of alcohol on interpersonal relationships, drinking refusal, sex and these factors explained 13.6%. 79.7% of college students had forced drinking and drinking demander was friend, unwanted alcohol enforcement occurrence was membership training(MT). Experience of alcohol education program was low at 82.6%. They want alcohol education to be implemented in freshmen orientation and community culture program to replace alcohol. College students drink to build interpersonal relationships with and it become problematic drinking. So socio-cultural space and program to replace alcohol are urgently needed. And training to refusal to forced drinking and to increase self-control is needed.
