국문 초록

본 연구는 의료기관 해외진출과 병원경영의 연관성에 대한 연구이다. 전 세계적으로 의료시장의 규모는 매년 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 우리나라도 국가 10대 미래 기간산업으로 의료시장을 추가할 만큼 의료시장에 대한 전망과 기대는 크다고 할 수 있다. 의료시장의 규모가 커짐에 따라 의료는 이제 서비스를 넘어선 산업으로 발전되었다. 여기에 선진국과 동남아 의료선진국가를 중심으로 하는 의료관광산업의 확대와 의료기관 해외진출도 가속화를 보이고 있다. 이에 국내 의료기관이 해외에 진출한 경우도 많아지고 있는데 이에 대한 정책적 문제, 진입장벽, 진출국가의 입법·행정적 진출전략과 문제점을 살펴보고 이것이 병원경영에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다.

영문 초록

This paper is a study on the relationship between overseas advancement of medical institution and hospital management. Worldwide, the size of the medical market is steadily increasing every year. In addition, the prospect and expectation of the medical market are large enough for Korea to add the medical market to the nation's top 10 future industries. As the size of the medical market grows, medical care has evolved into an industry that is now beyond service. In addition, the expansion of the medical tourism industry, centering on advanced countries and advanced countries in Southeast Asia, is accelerating the penetration of medical institutions overseas. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the policy problems, the entry barriers, the legislative and administrative advancement strategies and problems of the entry countries, and the effects of these on the hospital management.
