국문 초록

본 연구는 부산·경남지역 내 장애인 관련 기관에서 근무하는 사회복지사 를 대상으로 Q 방법론을 활용하여 장애인 일자리 지원체계에 대한 인식유형 을 파악하고, 각 인식유형별 특성을 파악해보았다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하 기 위하여 반구조화된 설문지와 문헌들을 참고하여 31개의 Q 진술문을 확보 하였고, 이를 사회복지사 35명을 대상으로 Q 분류를 실시하였다. 그 결과 사 회복지사가 인식하는 장애인 일자리 지원체계 유형은 세 가지 유형으로 도 출되었다. 첫째, 공공기관과 민간기관의 네트워크 구축을 통한 전문적이고 체계적인 서비스 제공이 필요하다는 인식을 가지고 있어 “만관협력 일자리 지속형”이라고 명명하였다. 둘째, 장애인에게 일자리 제공은 권리이자 의무 라는 점을 강조하는 유형으로서 “일자리 권리보장형”으로 명명하였다. 셋째, 장애인의 욕구와 필요에 근거하여 통합적이고 전문적인 일자리 서비스 제공 이 필요하다는 인식으로 “욕구중심 일자리 연계형으로 명명하였다. 따라서 이러한 인식유형을 바탕으로 효율적인 민관협력 구축, 일자리 권리보장을 위한 장애인 일자리 서비스 제공 확대, 개인별 맞춤형 장애인 일자리 서비스 제공을 위한 정책적 함의와 실천 현장에서의 지원 방향성을 제시해보았다.

영문 초록

This study used the Q methodology for social workers working at organizations related to people with disabilities in Busan and Gyeongnam to identify the types of perceptions of the job support system for people with disabilities and the characteristics of each type of recognition. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 31 Q statements were obtained by referring to semi-structured questionnaires and literature, and Q classification was conducted for 35 social workers. As a result, three types of job support systems for people with disabilities recognized by social workers were derived. First, it was named “Public-Private Cooperation Job Continuation type” because of the recognition that it is necessary to provide professional and systematic services through the establishment of a network between public and private institutions. Second, it was named “Job Rights Guarantee Type” as a type that emphasizes that providing a job for people with disabilities is both a right and an obligation. Third, in recognition of the need to provide an integrated and professional job service based on the needs and desires of people with disabilities, it was named “Needs-oriented Job-linked Type.” Therefore, based on this type of perception, policy implications and directions for support in practice were presented for the establishment of efficient public-private cooperation, expansion of job services for the people with disabilities to ensure job rights, and the provision of personalized job services for people with disabilities.
