국문 초록

본 연구는 범죄피해자지원센터 종사자의 경험을 토대로 종사자의 범죄피해자지원센터 정체성 인식에 대해 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 범죄피해자지원센터에서 근무하고 있는 종사자 8명을 대상으로 현상학적 접근으로 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 2개의 주제와 5개의 현상, 20개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 연구참여자들은 “불모지에서 고군분투한 지난 날의 경험”을 회상했다. 연구참여자들은 ‘적응된 현실에 계속 되물어’ 보면서 ‘무엇이 맞는걸까’ 고민했다. ‘중대한 책무와 열악한 처우에 대해 괴리감’ 을 느꼈지만, 어려운환경 속에서도 ‘전문성을 인정받기 위한 도전’ 을 하고 있었다. 이러한 고군분투 시절을 통해“피해자지원 전문센터로서 정체성 확립’ 에 한 발짝 다가갔다. 연구참여자들은 “존재가치를확인” 하는 경험을 하고 있고, 피해자지원 전문센터로 뿌리 내리기 위한 대안을 모색하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 범죄피해자지원센터의 정체성에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있는 실천적, 정책적 대안을 제시함으로써, 범죄피해자지원센터가 피해자지원 전문기관으로써 정체성을 확고히 할 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the perception of the identity of the crime victim support center based on the experience of the crime victim support center workers. For this purpose, data were collected and analyzed using a phenomenological approach from eight workers at the Crime Victim Support Center. As a result of the study, 2 themes, 5 phenomena, and 20 subcomponents were derived. Study participants recalled “an experience of the past days struggling in a barren land.” The study participants 'contemplated what's right' while 'continuing to ask themselves about the reality they have been adapted to'.‘Although I felt ‘a sense of disparity between heavy responsibility and poor treatment’, Even in a difficult environment, they was “challenging to be recognized for his professionalism.” through these experiences, they are one step closer to “establishing our identity as a victim support center”. Research participants are experiencing “confirming the value of existence”, and through this, We searched for alternatives to take root as a victim support center. Based on these research results, it is hoped that the Crime Victim Support Center will be able to solidify its identity as a specialized victim support organization by suggesting practical and policy alternatives that can improve the understanding of the identity of the Crime Victim Support Center.
