러시아 연해주 한인의 역사를 통해 본 한반도 통일 준비

국문 초록

본 논고는 러시아 연해주 지역의 한인진출 역사를 시기적으로 연구1) 함으로써 향후 한반도 통일을 준비하는데 목적이 있다. 러시아 연해주지역은 1860년대부터 조선인들의 진출이 있었던 지역으로서 우리 민족의 역사와 매우 깊은 관련이 있는 곳이다. 항일 독립 운동의 배후지였는데 사회주의 계열의 독립 운동의 발생지이기도 하다. 또한 스탈린에의해 고려인들이 중앙아시아로 강제이주를 당했다가 소련 해체 후 다시돌아온 곳도 연해주이다. 연해주는 남북분단의 아픔이 시작되는 곳이기도 하다. 일제가 패망한 후 남과 북은 각각 미-소의 군정점령으로 인해갈라졌을 때 북한 지역은 소련이 김일성을 내세움으로써 북한사회주의정권이 창출되었는데 김일성은 연해주에서 소련군에게 훈련을 받았다. 그래서 연해주는 우리민족에게는 애환과 슬픔의 땅이었다. 그러나 현재와 미래는 연해주는 한민족에게 밝은 미래를 열어주는 기회의 땅으로변화되고 있다. 경제적으로 연해주는 남북한에게 기회의 땅이 될 수 있으며 다양한 협력을 통해서 남과 북의 긴장을 완화시키며 이질적 문화들을 해소시켜 나가는 공간으로 활용할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to prepare for the unification of the Korean Peninsula in the future by periodically studying the history of Korean advancement in the Primorsky Krai of Russia. The Primorsky Krai of Russia has been a region where Koreans have entered since the 1860s, and is very closely related to the history of our people. It was the hinterland of the anti-Japanese independence movement, and it was also the birthplace of the socialist independence movement. In addition, the place where the Koreans in Russia were forced to migrate to Central Asia by Stalin and returned to Korea after the dissolution of the Soviet Union is in Maritime Province. The Primorsky Krai of Russia is also the place where the pain of division between the two Koreas begins. After the defeat of the Japanese colonial rule, when the South and the North were divided by the U.S.-Soviet military rule, the North Korean socialist regime was created with the Soviet Union advocating Kim Il-sung, who was trained by Soviet troops in Maritime Province. So The Primorsky Krai of Russia was a land of joy and sorrow for our people. However, the present and future are transforming into a land of opportunity that opens a bright future for the younger Korean people. Economically softening can be a land of opportunity for the two Koreas, and through various cooperations, it can be used as the region to ease tensions between the two Koreans and resolve heterogeneous cultures.
