영문 초록

This study investigated the perception of youth career support and career preparation behavior in the beauty service industry. First, it was confirmed that the beauty service industry’s ‘future potential’ and ‘professionalism’ had a statistically significant effect on ‘reliability’ and ‘empathy,’ which are career support variables. Second, the ‘future potential’ of the beauty service industry affected ‘planning’ and ‘shareability,’ which are career preparation behavior variables, and ‘social image’ and ‘professionalism’ had a significant effect on ‘direction.’ Third, it was found that the career support variables ‘reliability’ and ‘empathy’ showed a statistically significant effect on all of the career preparation behavior variables ‘planning,’ ‘direction’ and ‘shareability.’ The analysis results of this study seem to have contributed to suggesting the direction of the beauty service industry.
