보육교사의 대인관계가 직업적 웰빙에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 대인관계가 직업적 웰빙에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 B시 어린이집 교사 222명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 설문지는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 먼저 보육교사의 대인관계와 직업적 웰빙의 수준은 평균과 표준편차를 구하여 살펴보았고 다음으로 두 변인 간의 영향 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계와 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 보육교사의 대인관계와 직업적 웰빙의 수준은 평균보다 약간 높은 것으로 니타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 대인관계와 직업적 웰빙 간에 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 대인관계는 직업적 웰빙에 영향을 미치는 것으로 니타났다. 대인관계의 하위요인에서 유아와의 관계와 원장과의 관계가 보육교사의 직업적 웰빙에 유의미한 영향력이 있는 것으로 니타났다. 즉 보육교사는 어린이집에서 만나는 다양한 인간관계 중에서도 유아와의 관계와 원장과의 관계가 잘 형성될 때 자신의 직업적 웰빙에 대해 긍정적으로 인식한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 보육교사의 직업적 웰빙을 높이기 위해 학급 내의 유아와의 관계형성과 어린이집 원장과의 관계향상을 위한 다양한 방안이 필요함을 시사하는 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of childcare teachers' interpersonal relationships on their occupational well-being. To this end, a survey was conducted with 218 teachers of daycare centers in B city. The SPSS 23.0 program was used for analysis of the collected questionnaires. For the analysis, the mean and standard deviation were first calculated to examine the level of interpersonal relationships and occupational well-being of childcare teachers. Next, the correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed to examine the relationship between the two variables. The results of our analysis show that (1) the level of interpersonal relationships and occupational well-being of childcare teachers was found to be slightly higher than the average, (2) it was found that there was a significant correlation between the interpersonal relationship and occupational well-being of childcare teachers, and (3) the interpersonal relationship of childcare teachers was found to have an effect on occupational well-being. In the sub-factors of interpersonal relationships, it was found that the interpersonal relationship with the child and the interpersonal relationship with the director had a significant influence on the occupational well-being of childcare teachers. In other words, it can be seen that childcare teachers perceive their occupational well-being positively when the interpersonal relationship with children and the director are well formed among the various human relationships encountered at daycare centers. These results suggest that in order to increase the occupational well-being of daycare teachers. various measures are needed to form a relationship with children in the classroom and to improve the interpersonal relationship with the head of the daycare center.
