장애 고등학생 대학생활 체험 프로그램 실태와 개선 방안에 관한 질적연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애 고등학생 대학생활 체험 프로그램에 참여한 부모, 교사 및 참여 고등학생과 이들을밀착 지원한 대학교 재학생인 교육지원인력을 대상으로 체험 프로그램의 실태와 개선방안을 조사한연구이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 각종 문헌 및 서류와 참여자들을 대상으로 한 개방형 설문조사내용을 질적 내용분석 방법을 활용하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 참여 학생들은 대학을 사회로나가기 위한 전환교육 과정의 하나이자 여가활동 및 문화의 공간으로 인식하였고 대학생들과의 대인관계 형성을 바탕으로 체험 프로그램에서 다양한 새로운 학문과 문화를 경험함으로써 사회에 적응해나갈 수 있는 자신감을 갖는 계기가 되었다. 교육지원인력들은 체험 프로그램을 통해 참여 학생과의소통 방법을 알아가며 관계 형성을 이루게 되었고 이를 통한 장애에 대한 이해와 자신의 자아성장과삶의 의미를 찾고 미래의 직업역량 또한 강화할 기회가 되었다. 부모와 교사들은 학생들이 대학생활에 적응할 수 있는 경험을 쌓기를 기대하였고 체험 프로그램에서 이러한 기대들이 어느 정도 충족된것으로 드러났다. 개선사항으로는 지속 가능한 체험 프로그램의 다양화와 장애 유형과 연계된 준비된프로그램이 제공되기를 희망하였다.

영문 초록

This study is a study to investigate the actual Situation of the experience program and ways to improve it for parents, teachers, participating high school students and university students who participated in the university life experience program for high school students with disabilities. To this end, in this study, a qualiative content analysis method was used for various documents and the contents of an open questionnaire targeting participants. The results of study are as follows. Participating students recognized the university as one of the transitional education courses to go out into society and as a space for leisure activities and culture. It gave an opportunity to gain confidence. Through the experience program, the educational support personnel learned how to communicate with the participating students and formed a relationship. Through this, it was an opportunity to understand disability, find their own growth and the meaning of life, and strengthen their future vocational competency. Parents and teachers expected students to have experiences that could help them adapt to university life, and it was found that these expectations were met to some extent in the experience program. As improvements, it was hoped that diversification of sustainable experience programs and prepared programs related to disability types would be provided.
