중소기업의 혁신투자 및 기술개발역량과 기술협력역량이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

중소기업에서 혁신투자에 대한 혁신성과 여부는 기업의 생존과 성장에 직결한 문제로 특히 외부 환경변화로 경영환경이 급변하는 상황에서는 더욱 그 중요성이커지고 있다. 본 연구는 2021년 중소기업기술통계조사에서 외부 협력파트너와 기술개발을 수행한 기업 통계자료를 대상으로 기업성과요인 중 혁신투자, 기술개발역량, 기술협력만족도가 기술개발매출 성과에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 검증하였고, 기업 성장단계별 조절효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과로 혁신투자, 연구원 수 및 기술협력만족도는 기술개발매출 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 혁신투자와 기술개발매출과 기업 성장단계의 상호작용 조절효과는 유의하지 않았다. 또한, 기술개발역량과 기업 성장단계의 상호작용 조절효과는 요인별로 유의적으로 각각 다르게 나타났고, 기술협력만족도는 기술개발매출에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 기업 성장단계별로 성과요인이 다르게 나타나므로 무분별하게 기술혁신전략을 추진하기보다는 기업 성장단계 단계에 맞는 전략을 시행하고, 성과를 창출할 수 있는 방식으로 진행되어야 함을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The investment for technology development in SMEs is a issue directly related to the survival and growth of the company and especially in a situationwhere the business environment is rapidly changing due to changes in the external environment, the importance of performance creation is growing. This study verified how innovative investment, technology development capability, and technology cooperation satisfaction affect technology development sales performance among corporate performance factors in the 2021 SME technology statistics survey. As a result of the analysis, innovation investment, the number of researchers, and satisfaction with technology cooperation had a significant effect on technology development and sales performance. However, the effect of controlling the interaction between innovative investment and technology development sales and corporate growth was not significant. In addition, the interaction control effects of technology development capabilities and corporate growth stages were significantly different for each factor, and it was analyzed that satisfaction with technology cooperation had an effect on technology development sales. These results show that performance factors differ for each stage of corporate growth, so rather than indiscriminately promoting technological innovation strategies, it should be carried out in a way that can implement strategies suitable for the stage of corporate growth and generate results.
