교사열의 및 학생과의 관계, 학생 메타인지, 진로성숙도의 관계에서 교우관계의 조절된 매개효과

국문 초록

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 고교학점제 취지에 따라 학생들의 자기주도적 진로 설계를 지원하기 위해중학교 3학년 학생들의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 영향 변인들을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구방법 이를 위해 교사열의 및 학생과의 관계가 학생 메타인지를 매개로 학생의 진로성숙도에 영향을미치는 관계에서 교우관계의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 「한국교육종단연구2013」의 5차년도 자료의중학교 3학년 표본 6,517명의 설문자료를 회귀분석과 bootstrapping을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교사열의 및 학생과의 관계, 학생의 메타인지, 교우관계는 청소년기 진로성숙도에 직접적으로 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학생의 메타인지는 교사열의 및 학생과의 관계와 진로성숙도의 관계를 매개하였다. 셋째, 교사열의 및 학생과의 관계와 학생의 메타인지의 관계, 교사열의 및 학생과의 관계와 청소년기 진로성숙도의 관계에서 교우관계의 조절효과가 유의하였다. 마지막으로, 교사열의및 학생과의 관계가 학생 메타인지를 매개로 학생의 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 교우관계의조절된 매개효과가 유의하였다. 즉 교우관계는 교사열의 및 학생과의 관계가 진로성숙도에 미치는 직⋅간접적 영향을 유의한 수준으로 조절하였다. 결론 중학교 3학년 학생은 교사와 친구의 영향을 받으며 메타인지를 매개로 진로성숙도를 발달시킨다. 특히 교우관계가 교사열의 및 학생과의 관계와 진로성숙도의 직,간접적 관계에서 중요한 역할을 하므로, 청소년기 진로성숙도 향상을 위해 교우관계를 높일 수 있는 방안 마련이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the factors affecting the career maturity of middle school 3rd graders. Methods: This research used data from the fifth year of the Korean Education Longitudinal Study 2013」, and questionnaire data of 6,517 students in the third year of middle school were analyzed by performing regression analysis and bootstrapping. Results: This study found that teacher enthusiasm and relationship with students, students’ meta-cognition, and peer relationship had a significantly positive effect on career maturity in adolescence. Second, students' meta-cognition mediated the relationship between teacher enthusiasm and relationship with students and career maturity. Third, the moderating effect of peer relationship was significant in the relationship between teacher enthusiasm and relationship with students and student meta-cognition, and between teacher enthusiasm and relationship with students and adolescent career maturity. Finally, the moderated mediating effect of peer relationship in the relevance between teacher enthusiasm and relationship with students and students’ career maturity mediated by student meta-cognition was significant. Conclusion: The finding suggests that effective plan for friendship improvement is required in order to develop adolescent career maturity. Implications of this study were discussed.
