국문 초록

고령사회의 도래에 대응하여 생활환경을 고령친화적으로 개선하고 지역적 특성을 고려한 계획의 수립을 지원하는 고령친화적 스마트시티 “테마형 특화단지 지원사업”을 실시하여 지역경제발전을 도모하여 지역 간 경제격차를 해소함과 동시에 지역공동체 구성원이 당면한 사회적 문제를 해결하는 방안을 모색하고 지역사회에서 서비스를 필요로 하는 구성원이 인간중심 사회 빅데이터와 AI의 발전을 기반으로 맞춤형 서비스를 제공받는 최적화된 사회를 구현함으로써 지역공동체 구성원의 자아실현에 기여하는 스마트 공유도시 복지공동체를 구축해 나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

With the advent of the aging society and the change to the information society, the concept of sharing goods develops and technology progresses rapidly, changing to an economic structure centered on the use of provided services rather than an economic structure centered on ownership. The emergence of the sharing city is based on the revitalization of the sharing economy following the development of information and communication technology and the advancement of smart cities. In addition, along with social changes such as low growth, aging, and urban decline, the need for sharing increases, and diversified consumption patterns such as sharing rather than owning things are having an impact. Smart city welfare community, a sustainable city that provides a variety of urban services based on urban infrastructure built by combining financial institutions, contributes most to the welfare community. Self-actualization needs with the recognition of having a large share I would like to suggest a way to realize the common good.
