국문 초록

본 연구는 인공지능을 활용한 설계기법개발의 일환으로서 인공지능을 기반으로 설계안의 성능을 평가하기 위한 전산적 개발 전략을 수립하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 즉, 본 연구의 결과물은 건축설계과정에서 인공지능을 활용하여 디자인된 설계안의 성능을 평가하는 방법을 전산적으로 조직화하기 위하여 관련된 기준 및 적용 방법에 대하여 분석하고 체계화하는 것이다. 이는 건축설계안의 성능을 평가하는 기술개발연구와 그 맥을 같이하지만, 인공지능의 효과적인 활용을 위한 전략개발이라는 점에서 차이가 있다. 본 연구는 이미 개발된 평면 자동생성 시스템을 고도화하기 위한 후속연구의 성격을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 건축디자인 초기 단계에 설계안의 성능평가 전략수립에 보다 중점으로 두었다. 설계 초기 단계는 설계안의 창의적인 결과에 많은 영향을 미치는 단계로써 인공지능의 지원으로 건축가가 더욱 창의적인 설계작품을 창출하는 것을 지원하기 위함이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설계 초기단계의 건축설계 과정과 설계안의 평가방법 및 평가내용을 분석하여 전산적인 평가전략을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to establish a computational development strategies for evaluating the performance of a designed alternatives based on artificial intelligence as part of the development of architectural design technology using artificial intelligence. The result of this study is to analyze and systematize related criteria and application methods in order to computerize the method of evaluating the performance of the designed alternatives using artificial intelligence in the architectural design process. This is in line with the technology development research that evaluates the performance of the architectural design, but differs in that it is the strategy development for the effective use of artificial intelligence. This study has a kind of a follow-up study to advance the developed automatic plane generation system. In this study, more emphasis was placed on the establishment of a evaluation strategies for the design results in the early stages of architectural design. The early stage of design has a lot of influence on the creative results of a design proposal, and can support architects to create more creative design works with the support of artificial intelligence. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a computational evaluation strategies were derived by analyzing the architectural design process in the early stages of design, the evaluation method and evaluation contents of the design results.
