국문 초록

전통과 외래의 갈등 속에서 1970년대 후반을 현대 차 문화의 태동기로 분류할 수 있다. 이 당시에 실시된 차 문화 운동은 차 단체 조직을 통해 우리의 차 문화를 알리는 계기가 되었다. 2000년대에 이르러서는 대학과 대학원 교육으로써 학문의 틀에서 차를 연구하는 학자를 양성하는 단계에 이르렀다. 이러한 와중에 차를 마시는 수요층의 증가는 한국 차 산업이라는 과제를 낳았다. 따라서 본 연구는 1970년대 후반 다도 문화를 보급하기 위해 노력했던 당시의 현황을 살펴봄으로써 한국 차 문화의 나갈 바를 숙고 해보고자 했다. 그 결과 정부의 다양한 노력과 차 문화 발전을 위한 제고가 필요하다. 차 산업의 활성화 및 차 문화 진흥을 위하여 모든 부분에서 지속 가능한 지원의 필요성이 제기되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The late 1970s can be classified as the nascent period of modern tea culture amidst the conflict between tradition and foreign countries. The tea culture movement conducted at this time served as an opportunity to promote our tea culture through tea organization. By the 2000s, university and graduate school education reached the stage of nurturing scholars who study tea in the academic framework. In the midst of this, the increase in demand for tea has created a challenge for the Korean tea industry. Therefore, this study tried to contemplate the future of Korean tea culture by examining the status quo at the time when efforts were made to spread the tea ceremony culture in the late 1970s. As a result, various government efforts and enhancements are needed for the development of tea culture. The need for sustainable support should be raised in all areas recognized as necessary for the development of the tea industry and promotion of tea culture.
