국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 다문화 인식에 영향을 미치는 유아교사의 다문화 태도, 다문화 교수효능감, 어머니의 다문화 인식 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 문헌분석을 바탕으로 구조모형을 설정하고, 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 부산광역시 및 경상남도에 위치한 유치원 및 어린이집에 재원 중인 만4·5세반 유아 447명과 연구참여에 동의한 그들의 담임교사 및 어머니 447쌍이다. 본 연구에서 수집된 데이터는 SPSS & AMOS 25.0을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 다문화 태도, 다문화 교수효능감, 어머니의 다문화 인식이 유아의 다문화 인식에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 다문화 태도가 유아교사의 다문화 교수효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 어머니의 다문화 인식은 유아교사의 다문화 교수효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 다문화 태도와 유아의 다문화 인식 간의 관계에서 유아교사의 다문화 교수효능감이 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aims to establish a structural model based on the literature analysis and to examine the mediating effects to examine the relationship between teacher multicultural attitudes, teacher multicultural teaching efficacy and mother multicltural awareness affecting early children multicultural awareness. The research objects were 447 young children 4, 5-years old who are in kindergarten and daycare centers located in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do, and their 447 Set homeroom teachers and mothers who agreed to participate in the study. Data collected in this study were analyzed using SPSS & AMOS 25.0. The results of this research were as follow: First, teacher multicultural attitudes, teacher multicultural teaching efficacy and mother multicltural awareness were found to have a significant effect on early children multicultural awareness. Second, teacher multicultural attitudes had a significant effect on teacher multicultural teaching efficacy. However, mother multicltural awareness did not have a significant effect on the teacher multicultural teaching efficacy. Third, teacher multicultural teaching efficacy showed partial mediating effect in the relationship between teacher multicultural attitudes and early children multicultural awareness.
