유아교사 관련 다문화교육 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사 관련 다문화교육 연구 시기별, 연구 주제대상별 동향을 분석하여, 다문화교육 유아교사 직무연수의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구대상은 우리나라 다문화 정책을 표방한 2005년부터 개정누리과정이 개정된 2019년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문 137편을 연구 시기별, 연구 주제대상별 내용에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과 2005년 이후 2019년 까지 양적으로 유아교사관련 다문화교육 연구는 크게 성장하였다. 특히 2012~2019년까지 게재된 논문이 전체 연구의 71.5%를 차지하였다. 연구 주제내용별 분석결과 가장 많이 연구된 주제는 교사전문성이 46.7%로 나타났고, 그다음으로 교사 인식 및 태도 22.6%, 다문화 교육 정책, 해외사례가 13.2%로, 유아 관련 다문화교육 실제 프로그램 효과에 대한 연구는 10.9%, 다문화교육과 관련된 척도개발이 4.4% 그리고 다문화교육 교사교육이 2.2% 순으로 나타났다. 한편 보다 다양한 주제내용에 대한 확장된 연구의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze basic trends of multicultural education related to early childhood teachers by research period and subject of research subject, and to provide basic data for multicultural education early childhood teacher training. The research subjects were analyzed from 137 papers published in domestic journals from 2005, which advocated multicultural policies in Korea to 2019, when the revised Nuri curricurum was revised, according to the research period and the subject matter. As a result of research, from 2005 to 2019, quantitative multicultural education research related to early childhood teachers has grown significantly. In particular, papers published from 2012 to 2019 accounted for 71.5% of the total research. As a result of analysis by subject content of the study, the most studied subject was teacher professionalism with 46.7%. Next, teachers perceptions and attitudes were 22.6%, multicultural education policies, and overseas cases were 13.2%. Research on the effect of actual programs related to multicultural education for young children was 10.9%, scale development related to multicultural education was 4.4%, and multicultural education teacher education was 2.2%.
