중장년층 은퇴준비역량과 성공적 노화 예측 간의 구조적 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 중장년층 은퇴준비역량과 성공적 노화 예측 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하기 위해 매개변수로 사회지지를 통해 은퇴와 성공적 노화간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해서 평생교육기관에서 교육을 받은 학습 대상자 537명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 연구결과 경로 1은 은퇴인식 - 사회적 지지 - 자율적 삶으로 나타났으며, 은퇴인식이 높을수록 사회적 지지는 높아지고(.340), 사회적 지지가 높을수록 자율적 삶도 향상된다(.573) 이 같은 경로를 통해서 은퇴인식이 자율적 삶에 미치는 영향의 효과는 .195(.340×-.573)이다. 다음으로 경로 2는 은퇴준비교육 - 사회적 지지 - 자율적 삶으로 은퇴준비가 높을수록 사회적 지지도 높아지고(.525), 사회적 지지가 높을수록 자율적 삶도 향상된다(.573). 이 같은 경로를 통해서 은퇴준비가 자기수용에 미치는 영향의 효과는 .300(.525×.573)이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 분석된 바와 같이, 은퇴인식과 은퇴준비 정도는 자기수용성이나 자율적 삶 등에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만 주로 긍정적 심리자본과 사회적 지지를 매개하여 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 점이다. 따라서 향후 성공적 노화예측의 한 변인으로서 자기수용성과 자율적 삶의 향상을 위해서는 은퇴인식과 은퇴준비도의 향상이라고 하는 본질적 노력과 함께 사회적 지지를 강화시킬 수 있는 방안도 함께 고민되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of emotional labor of early childhood teachers on psychological well-being and role performance. To this end, questionnaires were distributed to early childhood teachers working at daycare centers located in Seoul. A total of 229 questionnaires were recovered, and there were no response sheets that impede validity, so 229 copies were used for statistical analysis. The data collected in this study were analyzed using SPSS v.22.0. As a result of the study, first, there was a statistically significant difference between groups in psychological well-being and role performance according to teaching experience, but there was no significant difference in emotional labor. Second, the relationship between emotional labor, psychological well-being, and role performance interaction of teachers was found to have a statistically significant positive correlation. Third, it was found that internal behavior had a positive (+) effect on psychological well-being, but surface behavior did not have a statistically significant effect. Fourth, internal behavior was found to have a positive (+) effect on role performance, but superficial behavior did not appear to have a statistically significant effect. Fifth, psychological well-being was found to have a positive (+) effect on role performance.
