국문 초록

지방 소멸의 위기 극복을 위한 방안으로 지방자치단체는 지방 문화관광축제를 통한 외부 관광객 유치와 인구 유입을 추진하고 있다. 최근 SNS 사용이 활성화됨에 따라 국내 여행 행태가 변화함에 따라 지방자치단체의 문화관광기반은 지역 문화관광축제 성공을 위한 중요 요인이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 연구의 효율성 분석 관련 변수를 검토하고, DEA를 활용하여, 지역 문화관광축제 관련 직접적 요인과 지역 문화관광축제 관련 간접적 요인으로 구분하여 지역문화관광축제의 지방자치단체 파급 효과를 중심으로 한 효율성 평가 방법 및 개선 전략을 제시하였다. 또한, DEA 층화분석을 통하여 규모나 효율성 격차가 큰 경우 효율성 달성을 위한 단계적인 개선 방안을 분석하였다.

영문 초록

As a way to overcome the crisis of local extinction, local governments are pushing to attract outside tourists and bring in some people through local cultural tourism festivals. Prior studies considered festival contents as the most important factor for the success of local cultural tourism festivals, but the local cultural tourism foundation has become an important factor for the success of local cultural tourism festivals as the use of social media has recently been activated. This study reviewed the variables related to the efficiency analysis of the previous studies and presented efficiency evaluation methods and improvement strategies focusing on the ripple effects of local cultural tourism festivals by dividing them into direct factors related to local cultural tourism festivals and indirect factors related to local cultural tourism festivals based on DEA. Further, the DEA-Tier analysis analyzed step-by-step improvement ways to achieve efficiency when the size or efficiency gap is large.
