국문 초록

본 연구는 현행 교육과정에 반영되어 있는 디지털 미디어 리터러시의 요소를 교육과정 연계성 차원에서 분석하여 2022 개정 사회과 교육과정에 대한 시사점을제시하고자 하였다. 교육과정 연계성은 횡적 연계성과 종적 연계성 두 차원에서 분석하였다. 횡적 연계성 분석을 위하여 중학교 교과별 교육과정 성취기준을 분석한 결과디지털 미디어 리터러시 요소에 편중이 있어 교과별 교육과정을 통해 디지털 미디어리터러시라는 하나의 통일된 목표를 달성하도록 구조화되어 있다고 보기 어렵다는것을 발견하였다. 종적 연계성 파악을 위하여 초, 중, 고등학교 사회과 성취기준을분석한 결과 사회과 교육과정은 디지털 미디어 리터러시 차원에서는 종적 연계성이충분히 확보되지 않았다는 것을 발견하였다. 분석 결과를 종합하여 2022 개정 사회과교육과정에서 디지털 미디어 리터러시 관련 성취기준의 개선 방향을 제안하였다

영문 초록

This study tried to suggest implications for the 2022 revised social studies curriculum by analyzing the elements of digital media literacy reflected in the current curriculum in terms of curriculum articulation. Curriculum connectivity was analyzed in two dimensions: horizontal articulation(integration) and vertical articulation(continuity&sequence). The results are as follows: First, in terms of integration, it was found that it was difficult to see that the curriculum was structured to foster digital media literacy fully through each subject curriculum because there was a bias in the focus of digital media literacy elements. Second, in terms of continuity and sequence, it was found that the social studies curriculum did not sufficiently secure the connection in terms of digital media literacy. By synthesizing the results of the analysis, implications for the 2022 revised social studies curriculum were discussed.
