국내 선행연구 고찰을 통한 교육에서의 인공지능(AIED) 교사교육 방향성 모색

국문 초록

인공지능은 우리 생활 전반에 걸쳐 큰 변화를 가져올 것으로 예측되며 교육분야도 결코 예외는 아니다. 시대적 흐름에 따라 교사교육 방향의 재정립이 필요한현시점에서, 국내 선행연구를 분석하여 교육에서의 인공지능(AIED)을 위한 교사교육의 방향성을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 확인, 연구 선별, 적격성 평가, 최종 포함 연구 선정의 네 단계로 체계적 문헌고찰을 수행하여 국내 선행연구23편을 선정하였다. AIED 인식과 AIED 교사교육의 2개 범주에서 6개의 하위범주로분석틀을 구성하여 선행연구를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 범주인 AIED 인식측면에서 교사들은 AI의 지적 활동에 초점을 맞추어 AI를 이해하고 있었다. AIED 필요성에 대해서는 대체로 긍정적이었으며 교육경험과 같은 개인 변인에 따라 상이한인식이 나타났다. AIED 교육여건으로 교사역량 강화를 위한 교사교육의 필요성이가장 많이 언급되었다. 둘째 범주인 AIED 교사교육 연구에서 제시한 교사교육 유형은교육과정, 교과목, 연수 프로그램, 교육프로그램 개발의 네 가지로 분류할 수 있었다. 모든 유형에서 AIED 교사교육의 내용은 AI 활용교육보다 AI 소양교육에 집중되어있었다. AIED 교사교육 실행 효과로 만족도를 조사한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 그 외에교수효능감, 관심도, 효과성, 현장활용도 등이 조사되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 AIED 교사교육을 위한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

It is predicted that Artificial intelligence(AI) will have a great impact on our lives, and on the education as well. At a time when the teacher education needs to be re-established with the change of the era, this study was conducted to explore the direction of teacher education for AIED based on the review of domestic precedent studies. Twenty three studies were selected by 4 stages of the systematic review, which were Identification, Screening, Eligibility and Included. The framework which consists of six subcategories in two categories, which were AIED recognition and AIED teacher education, was used in analyzing precedent studies. Results were as follows. In the category of AIED recognition, teachers understood AI by focusing on the intellectual activities. They mostly agreed with the necessity of AIED. However different perceptions appeared depending on individual variables such as educational experience. The need for teacher education to improve their AIED competencies was suggested as the AIED education condition. In the category of AIED teacher education, types of education were classified into four: curriculum, subject, training program, and educational program. In all studies, the contents of AIED teacher education were focused on the education about AI rather than the education with AI. Most of the studies investigated the satisfaction as the effect of AIED teacher education, and other effects such as teaching efficacy, interest, effectiveness, and possibility of field use were also investigated. Based on the results, implications for AIED teacher education were discussed.
