수메르와 아카드족의 기원과 오리엔트 엘람 문명 단상(斷想)

국문 초록

본 논문은 수메르와 아카드족의 기원을 비롯해 인류 최초의 문명을 논의하면서, 수메르와 동시대인 페르시아의 엘람(Elam) 문명에 대해 살펴보고 있다. 지금까지 인류 최초의 문명은 메소포타미아의 수메르 문명으로 알려져 있다. 상고대 페르시아 문명사를 기술하는 것은 오리엔트(서아시아) 상고대 문명사를 정립하는 것이며, 수메르와 아카드족의 기원을 찾는 작업은 인류 최초의 문명과 관련을 맺고 있다. 국내외적으로 잘 알려지지 않은 엘람 문명은 메소포타미아의 수메르, 바벨, 아슈르와의 관계 속에 역사를 정립할 수밖에 없는데, 상고대 오리엔트 문명사가 셈족과 메소포타미아 위주로 전개되면서 소외되어 있다는 인상을 지울 수 없다. 잃어버린 엘람 문명에 관한 연구와 최초의 문명 발상지인 오리엔트 페르시아권에 관한 연구가 시급하다.

영문 초록

This paper discusses humanity s first civilization, including the origins of the Sumerians and the Akkads, and examines the history of the Elamite civilization in Persia, who were the Sumerians’ contemporaries. Describing the history of ancient Persian civilization is to establish the history of ancient civilization in the Orient(West Asia), and the work of finding the origins of the Sumerian and Akkad peoples is related to the first civilization of mankind. Elamite civilization has no choice but to establish its history in the relationship with Sumer, Babel, and Ashur in Mesopotamia, but I can t erase my impression that is alienated in the ancient Oriental civilization as it was developed mainly in Semites and Mesopotamia. There is an urgent need for research on the lost Elamite civilization and the Orient Persian region, the birthplace of the first civilization.
