청소년의 부모양육태도와 대인관계역량 관계에서 자기결정성, 자기효능감, 자기가능성의 병렬 삼중매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 주관한 2017 청소년 역량 측정 조사 자료(중학교 3학년 학생, 960명)를 활용하여 부모양육태도와 대인관계역량(관계형성, 리더십, 협동) 관계에서 자기결정성, 자기효능감, 자기가능성이 미치는 병렬 삼중매개효과를 탐색하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리더십이 관계형성이나 협동보다 낮은 수준을 보였다. 둘째, 상관관계 분석 결과, 부모양육태도는 관계형성, 리더십, 협동과 관계보다는 자기결정성, 자기효능감, 자기가능성과 관계가 더 높았다. 자기효능감은 관계형성(.376), 리더십(.462), 협동(.408)과 가장 관련이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 자기결정성, 자기효능감, 자기가능성은 부모양육태도와 대인관계역량(관계형성, 리더십, 협동) 관계를 완전 삼중매개하였다. 부모양육태도와 대인관계역량(관계형성, 리더십, 협동)의 관계에서 세 매개변인이 동시에 투입될 경우 부모양육태도가 관계형성, 리더십, 협동에 미치는 직접적 영향력은 현저히 감소하여 통계적 유의성이 없어졌다. 이러한 결과는 대인관계역량은 부모양육태도 보다 자기결정성, 자기효능감, 자기가능성에 의해 크게 영향을 받는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the multi-parallel triple mediation effect of self-determination, self-efficacy, self-future reliance on the relationship between parental attitude and interpersonal relationship competency (relationship, leadership, collaboration) of Adolescents. This study used the National Youth Policy Institute’s ‘A study on measurement of Korean Youth Competency and International Comparison’in 2017 (middle school, 960 of 9th-grade participants). Results obtained from the analyses were as follows. First, leadership was lower than relationship and cooperation. Second, as a result of correlation analysis, parental attitude was more related to self-determination, self-efficacy, and self-future reliance than relationship, leadership, and cooperation. Self-efficacy was most related to relationship (.376), leadership (.462), and collaboration (.408). Third, self-determination, self-efficacy, and self-future reliance completely triple-mediated the relationship between parental attitude and interpersonal competency (relationship, leadership, cooperation). When the three mediating variables were simultaneously input, the direct effect of parental attitude on relationship, leadership, and cooperation was reduced, which was not statistically significant. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.
