국문 초록

본 연구는 긴 척추 고정판과 가변형 들 것을 사용한 환자 운반작업의 인간공학적 작업 자세 평가를 통하여 119구급대원들의 근골격계 손상 예방을 위한 훈련프로그램을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 훈련프로그램은 행동주의 이론을 전제로 한 ADDIE 교수설계 모형의 5단계(분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가) 절차에 따라 개발하였으며, 7명의 전문가 집단의 내용 타당도 평가와 10명의 신규 구급대원을 대상으로 한 예비실험을 거쳐 완성하였다. 훈련프로그램 적용 후 작업 자세 평가 결과 긴 척추 고정판 사용 시 REBA 최빈값 ‘11점’에서 ‘8점’으로 줄어들어 위험등급 ‘매우 높음’에서 ‘높음’으로 낮아졌으며, 가변형 들 것 사용 시 REBA 최빈값 ‘8점’에서 ‘4점’으로 줄어들어 위험등급 ‘높음’에서 ‘보통’으로 낮아졌다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 국내 처음으로 개발된 환자 운반작업 훈련프로그램을 소방학교 신임교육 때부터 교육할 수 있다면, 구급대원들의 근골격계 손상 예방에 효과가 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to contribute to the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in 119 emergency medical technicians (EMTs) by evaluating the ergonomic risk factors of patient carrying work postures, using a long back-board (LBB) and a variable stretcher. A group of seven experts used the five steps of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) instructional design based on the behaviorism theory and the contents validity index (CVI) to develop and validate the program. The results of the working posture evaluation-showed that the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) mode-score decreased from “‘11 points’” to “‘8 points’” when EMTs used a LBB, and the risk grade lowered from “‘very high’” to “‘high.’” Additionally, when a variable stretcher was used, the REBA mode-score decreased from “‘8 points’” to “‘4 points,’” and the risk grade lowered from “‘high’” to “‘medium.’” Therefore, if the patient transport training program developed in this study- for the first time in domestic- could be included in EMTs’ training at the Fire Service Academy, it could be effective in preventing MSDs in EMTs.
